Us Setters... |Fan Fiction | Oisuga | Oikawa x Sugawara

Chapter 1

-Disclaimer- The timing of the seasons (Autumn spring etc.) are not correct factually nor are the time zones, But they are third years and haven't graduated yet, I'm sorry I can't be bothered to learn simple math and geology.-

It was a warm night, And the coaches from Karasuno, Fukurodani, Aoba johsai and Nekoma had decided to go out for a drink, Only Coach Takeda decided to go drink, since Coach Ukai wanted to sleep and wasn't that fond of drinking. 

That Night the coaches thought of an idea, What if they made a calendar with pictures of the setters together, since they had a lot of fan girls and boys who would buy it meaning more money for training camps and such. After all agreeing, they decided to tell the setters where to meet the next day, They were all confused but decided not to question it due to they decided their coaches weird behavior was normal, Bear in mind they were all told at separate times.

After they told the setters, they went to continue drinking and coming up with crazy ideas for each different positions like for Middle blockers they could have posters and Libero's could have chibi figures but eventually scrapped that idea due to them falling asleep as soon as they came up with them, Only Coach Takeda was able to make it to their room. The next day, they were sprawled around the room and when coach Ukai woke up he was pissed. He woke them all up and scolded them even the ones who were older than Ukai himself, The only one who was able to get out alive ( or without being scolded) was Takeda due to him being in his room when he was supposed to. 

They yawned at looked at the time, 9:00 'too early' they all thought while being yelled at. But just as the yelling stopped Daichi walked in, 

"Hey you guys. Shut up also aren't you supposed to be somewhere right now?"

 He said before shutting the door and walking back to his room, They all thought for a second and shot up.

 "WE HAVE TO GO SEE THE SETTERS!!" Takeda yelled and in less than 4 minutes they were changed and going to the field. 

They told the setters to meet them at, "Ha! Mr.Refreshing even squirrels like you!" Oikawa said as a squirrel jumped onto Sugawara's head hiding from Kageyama. 

"Why are we even here?" Akashi said, being the only one who asked. 

"Because our coaches asked us too. Though Why so early I don't know." Kenma yawned as he played on his smartphone. 

"I don't like it here I either want to go home or play volleyball." Sugawara smiled. "We must have the same thoughts, Though it doesn't seem like it. I hate the sun" Sugawara said while actually thinking he must hate the sun because Nishinoya used it to wake him up in the morning and it blinded his view for a few seconds.

 "Uhm Sugawara-san the squirrels, they have built a wall on nuts in a circle. I think they are performing a ritual." Kenma said glancing away from his game for a moment. Sugawara kinda did a blank stare and then looked at everyone, "Help please?"

 Akashi went to grab a squirrel to throw it. but Kageyama stopped him. 

"What if we play a game of volleyball and throw the ball at Sugawara on purpose so they get scared." Sugawara had a look of surprise on his face, "Please don't. let Akashi get them off." Kageyama shrugged and stepped back as Akashi scared the squirrels and got the ritual circle off. 

It was good timing aswell since the coaches came running up to us. "So what is it coach?" Oikawa said "A competition to see who is the best?" 

They shook their heads.

"A photo shoot." Irihata said. 

The setters all looked up in shock. even Kenma did, but when he lost his game he did a 'tch' and continued to concentrate on his game. 

"What? Why? of who? Huh?" Kageyama wiggled his fingers around looking confused.

"It's for fans so we can do more training camps," Kageyama immediately after that comment from the coaches. Oikawa and Sugawara didn't mind nor did Akashi but he did think for a second, 'Wouldn't Bokuto get jealous and all pouty,' he then shook his hand, 'They probably have something planned for Aces too' 

Kenma Paused his game and looked at coach nekomata, "Won't this be too much effort? It's not like anyone wil-" Coach Nekomata shushed him, "No matter what you say Kenma You're doing it."Kenma didn't even try arguing at that point.

 After everyone was finished arguing or complaining they started the photo shoots, They actually had the girl managers decide poses and angles due to the calendars being aimed at more feminine audiences. 

Yet most of the poses had someone's arm around someone else. For example, there was one with them all lying on the grass with cherry blossoms falling around them but Oikawa's head was lying on Sugawara with Suga's hand holding his.

 Not only that they had Akashi resting his head on Kenma and Kageyama was sitting oddly close to Kenma and Sugawara, They also made Sugawara wear a flower crown for the shot by himself, Don't worry they all had single shots. Sugawara was the only one who had to be altered with a head accessory. The coaches didn't have a clue what was going on. But whenever the girls got the setters into a pose with each other they'd squeal apart from Kiyoko who was taking the pictures. Whenever there was a group pose Oikawa would say something sweet to whichever the boys he was near this was because he wanted those girls to become fans of Him, and also to get a feel for what he should look like. 

This tactic failed for when he was Sugawara though since when he whispered in Suga's ear Sugawara started laughing uncontrollably which then made Oikawa start to laugh but it still made for a good picture. 

When all the pictures were done, They all felt a little closer than before, but they were worn out until Kageyama mentioned having a volley ball match to see who was the best, They all lightened up a bit but Oikawa was the only one who agreed. 

Akashi had already went to bed and Kenma was lying on the grass playing his games, and Sugawara was becoming a disney princess. More seriously, he was being used as a pole for birds and a nest for squirrels there was also a random lizard that dived on him at that point so he started to freak out. But Poor Sugawara was ignored. 

"HEY SOMEONE HELP THE LIZARD IS TRYING TO EAT MY DUCKS" Sugawara scooped up baby ducks and ran away from lizard who was now chasing him. Poor princess Sugawara ran to everyone for help but Kenma went back to his room and the rest ignored his cries. Nishinoya and Hinata somehow heard Sugawara's cries and came to help, "Does it do serves?" Nishinoya asked Suga while facing the now still lizard. 

Sugawara glared at Nishinoya, "No, Nishinoya. No it doesn't do serves." 

Nishinoya huffed and shrugged and walked away, Sugawara then put the ducks in Hinata's hair, and picked up the lizard, "Is there a zoo or something around here?" 

The coaches who had for some reason been ignoring Sugawara told him that there was and they were going to coming to get it now and that it wasn't dangerous or anything so there was no need to worry.

Yes. Though it may not seem like it this is a Sugawara x Oikawa fanfiction!
