Chapter 3

A unfamilar...

cat, It was purring against Sugawara's leg, Sugawara picked up the cat to see there was no tag  and that it's fur was pretty messy and dirty, It also seemed unhealthily thin. Suga thought, He already owned a cat. so he should have some food around, the vet's would probably be closed so he'd have to get it checked out straight away when it opened. Sugawara got so interested in the cat he couldn't feel Oikawa yelling his name.When he finally heard him, Suga looked at Oikawa but it wasn't any look it was a look saying, ' IM GONNA HELP THIS CAT!' his mouth was upturned into an unusual 'W' shape and when Oikawa looked down at the cat it had blue tinted fur, he glared at the cat which made it glare at back at him and yawn. " KUNIMI THIS CAT LOOKS LIKE YOU!" Oikawa yelled signalling his team mate who seemed to be in a conversation with a particular freckled boy. Kunimi walked over glaring at Oikawa, Yamaguchi was behind him. Yamaguchi was only a few centimeters shorter than Kunimi, (Exactly 3 centimeters) Yamaguchi looked at the cat and instantly felt bad for it, "I want it!" They all turned to Yamaguchi at first confused at what he meant, "Really Yamaguchi? You'd take it? Thank the lord! I wouldn't be able to take care of it, My cat doesn't like others" Yamaguchi nodded furiously, "I'm going to go wash it and feed it bye I'll see you later Suga-san!" He took the cat and just before running away, Kunimi shyly grabbed Yamaguchi's shoulder, "Can I help..The cat doesn't seem to hate me like other animals.." Yamaguchi nodded before dragging Kunimi to their home, "Well.." Oikawa said looking at Suga, "I learnt something today?" Sugawara tilted his head, "You're a little cat lover huh?" Sugawara's nose scrunched up, "Little..huh? When the hell did you decide that!"  Sugawara punched Oikawa into the stomach. and chuckled "Sorry!You're not Daichi. You wouldn't be abl-" Suga was met with a smirking face, "Has  anyone ever told you not to hit a king?" Oikawa ruffled Sugawara's hair, "They shall attack back ya know!" Sugawara laughed before saying, "By messing their attackers hair up right-" Sugawara's face went pale as if he just realised something. and he did. Something that he was stupid for not realising before. Yamaguchi  was bringing a cat and a person back to where they were staying which was one room with all the Karasuno volleyball team in. And the only person who was in that room was Yamaguchi's best friend who can be incredibly rude at times. Meaning he might kick out that cat if yamaguchi left them alone for one second. Sugawara started sprinting towards the Inn they were staying at not realising that he had left Oikawa behind aswell as the hair clip that had fell out his hair. When he burst through the door he saw Yamaguchi washing the cat while Kunimi was preparing food. He thought he was worrying for nothing until a sentence left Tsukishima's mouth. "Wow Yamaguchi..I say no to going to a festival with you and you come back with two strays." Tsukishima let a smirk appear on his face. Sugawara was about to say something when he felt a hand upon his shoulder. It was Oikawa It was a signal not to intervene. "Tsk. " Kunimi made a noise before mumbling, "Pathetic." Yamaguchi who was trying to ignore Tsukki gave the cat to Kunimi, Tsukki felt an angry jealously Jolt through him. "You can't waltz in here and do what you want Stray." Tsukishima said glaring at Kunimi. "Kunimi nodded and stood up, " Yamaguchi-chan do you want to go to my room? There might be some salted caramel there unless my stupid volleyball members ate them all which if they have..Is sad." At the word stupid Oikawa felt an imaginary knife stab him. "No Yamaguchi is fine here. I said you should leave," Tsukishima said standing up. "Actually you didn't say that I just suggeste-." Kunimi at that moment was just trying to state facts, but was interrupted by the loud volleyball members flooding the room,"Kunimi grasped Yamaguchi's hand and put the cat on his head as he guided them out the room. Sugawara thought for a second, what could go wrong but then the worst flooded his head. "Oikawa-san I'm going there too," Sugawara said before following Yamaguchi to the room. "You know you need a reason right?" Oikawa said Sugawara tilted his head, "Find one them. Maybe you wanted to snuggle me in your sleep or something Find one."  Oikawa felt sweat drip down his fore head. Oikawa was the worst at lying on the spot. So when they asked Oikawa why Sugawara was apparently having a sleepover there all he could say was.."He's my boyfriend I don't want to be alone from him." Everyone fell silent and stared at Oikawa including Sugawara and Yamaguchi. The  team surrounded Suga telling him Oikawa was a scum of the earth and that he could fine much better. Sugawara laughed a little at the words they were using to describe Oikawa with. "I mean I knew all these things and still chose him as my boyfriend..Maybe I need to go to the doctor. now where does Oikawa sleep.?" Sugawara smiled and immediately the team was getting medicine out and checking if Sugawara was okay. "I don't believe someone like you, Optimistic. Caring and Handsome. likes Him, Snobby. Crappy and a jerk.." Iwaizumi said staring at him with a glare. Sugawara winked with a smile. "Guess you caught me. No i'm not actually dating Oikawa, He just can't lie. I wanted to sleep in here since I wanted to make sure Yamaguchi and the cat are okay, and my team mates are like elephants that never shut up." In the other room Tanaka sneezed, "Someone called us elephants I know it!" Daichi slapped him around the back. "Don't be stupid Tanaka." Back to Sugawara, "It's okay Suga-san We'll be fine..I don't really want to see Tsukki at the moment. And Kunimi-chan is a great helper!" Kunimi smiled with light blush forming on his cheeks, He grabbed Yamaguchi's hands, "I'll feed you salted caramel.." Yamaguchi smiled, "Okay!" Sugawara glared at Oikawa. "Fine Oikawa will sleep in my roo-" Seijoh's club members quickly interrupted Suga's sentence. "Sugawara-san don't. That guy's a monster when he sleeps." Sugawara smiled, "Don't worry I already have Nishinoya and Kageyama One more wouldn't hurt." Sugawara stood up, and left the room, "C'mon Oikawa time for you to meet The real-" Just as Sugawara opened Karasuno's door. they walked into hinata and kageyama fighting over a pillow, Daichi was yelling at them to stop, Asahi's hair was covering his face scaring Nishinoya and Tanaka. Sugawara slammed the door. "Haha...ha. Wait a second Oikawa they should have noticed i slammed the door." The room full of noise suddenly went to a stop. Oikawa and Sugawara walked in to the now peaceful room, "Pretty boy!!" Tanaka growled. pulling one of his idiotic threatening faces. Which was immediately wiped of his face when Daichi slapped him around the back of his head.."Suga-san? What is he doing there?" Suga smiled, "It's a swap! Yamaguchi will be with Seijoh tonight and Oikawa is with us." Kageyama backed up against the wall "Sugawara-senpai.. WHY HIM? Why not someone like Kin'daichi or Kunimi?" Hinata piped up, "Yeah why the great king!?" Hinata and Kageyama went on a tangent about why they shouldn't let Oikawa stay but by the time they were finished Sugawara had already changed as well as Oikawa, "Refreshing-kun... I feel like they will murder me in my sleep. I can't sleep here." Suga was already asleep, he was usually the first asleep so it made sense. Oikawa came up with a plan after realising the light snoring coming from Sugawara. He could sneak out, but just as he was getting up. He saw the Karasuno members glaring at him, "Just because We don't want you here doesn't mean we let you leave Sugawara-san. We heard from Yamaguchi that you guys were together-" 

On Yamaguchi's phone,

Yamaguchi: Hinata!!!!! I just found out Oikawa and Sugawara are dating! -sent and seen- 

Yamaguchi: Ah! Turns out it was just a lie dw! :b -Not sent-

Hinata pulled out his phone to show the message, But due to Yamaguchi's second message which hadn't sent no-one knew that this was a lie, Until Oikawa quickly said, "Ah! We were only lying. Due to circumstances.." Karasuno woke up Sugawara to ask him if he was being truthful. Mistake no.1 Waking Sugawara up. | "Sugawara is it true you and Oikawa aren't dating.?" Hinata said confused. A glare was shone through Sugawara's eyes. "What.Gave.You.That.Idea." Mistake no.2 Waking him up for something meaningless. When they nodded and turned they heard small cracks. "YOU IDIOTS I CAN'T GET BACK TO SLEEP AFTER BEING WOKE UP!!" after a long lecture they realised Oikawa was sound asleep he was hugging his pillow and drooling. It wasn't cute. But after lecturing them dorks for over 2 hours everyone was wore out and were asleep. Festivals really were tiring.. 

Hey this is the Author and I know this might seem really crappy but that's because half of this chapter was written a few days ago and the second half recently! But Unlike some other books I have wrote,  I'm enjoying thinking of the planning and rare ships to put in. By rare i mean ships that only I know. I just had a weird obsession with Kunimi and Yamaguchi lately. Please don't hate or dislike the book due to ships which are in the background since everyones ships are necessary and important!
