Saito's pov
I walked alongside my friends, listening into their conversation as they had their weekly argument about something. This time it was about what we should get to eat. I sigh, running one hand through my hair. While I was walking, I ran into someone, both of us falling to the floor with a thud.
"Watch where you're going" he snapped.
"Oh. S-sorry. I didn't know you were there. I'm sorry sir" I apologize, quickly scrambling off of him and stumbling to my feet.
"Why don't you watch where you're going" Ryndin snaps which is quickly followed up by a squeal from Skryabina.
"Skry? Are you alright?" I ask.
"Am I alright. Of course. You just ran into the Yuri Plisetsky" she squeals happily with a laugh in her voice.
"Who?" I ask, not knowing what she was talking about. Ryndin sighs.
"One of those figure skaters she likes to watch" he explains to me.
"Oh. OK" I mumble. I never really understood anything about the TV or why everyone was always fighting over who would get the remote to watch their favorite program that was on at the time. Yeah, sure it was nice to listen to but what was the point if my only clue to what was happening was dialogue and sound effects. Skryabina was talking with the guy I had walked into and Ryndin was trying to get her to calm down as to not kill herself from lack of air. Since I didn't really have any interest in meeting an ice skating celebrity, I opted to just stand with my hands in the pockets of my zipper and wait for everything to me done. Eventually I found interest in fiddling with my bracelet, fingers brushing over the old metal around my wrist.
"Hey you" someone snaps me back to reality. I shake my head and hum in response.
"Your friends have ran off somewhere. Aren't you going to follow them?" Yuri asks. I listen for any sign of the two but they were gone.
"Dammit. They left me again. I hate it when they do this. How am I supposed to find them now?" I mumble to myself, shoulders slumping.
"Do you need help finding them?" Yuri asks.
"Yeah" I sigh.
"I'll help. Better than just leaving you here I guess" He grumbles.
"Oh thank you. I would really appreciate that" I thank him, reaching my hand out in front of me. He takes it and shakes my hand before letting go.
"Alright lets go" he grumbles followed by the sound of footsteps. I can't pinpoint which direction he went in until I feel a hand grab my wrist roughly and dragging me forward.
"This way" he states with a heavy sigh.
"Sorry" I mumble, tilting my head downwards. This wasn't exactly how I'd planned today to go.
