Warning : extreme violence in this chapter

Revving up her bike, Skyler stares straight ahead, focusing her rage. The first time she was kidnapped, she was too badly beaten to get revenge, but her dad and the club got it on her behalf. Now she is healthy enough to participate. The Reyes brothers could've gotten her killed, since they basically sold her like merchandise. Feeling a jerk against the rope tied to the back of her bike, she turns her head to the right to see Kozik, revving his bike as well, same rope tied to the back of his bike. Looking behind her, Happy and Tig are set up the same way. And when she looks in the middle, a badly beaten EZ is laying on the ground, screaming and pleading to live. She knows once this happens, there's no turning back. But the anger and PTSD are too great. Looking ahead, she waits for the signal over the loud bikes. An air horn blows, and she takes off, a strong pull for nearly a minute, then the tension on the rope gives way. After seeing Kozik take off, then slow down and turn back around, she does the same. It's called draw and quarter. Victim in the middle, tendons in the joints sliced, then all four limbs ripped off at once. They bleed out and it's over. Angel screams and cries for his brother, then realizes he is next. Everyone knows the only good rat is a dead one. And now there is 2.

After this is finished, Kozik takes Skyler for a ride as the Mayans get rid of the brothers bodies,  and the other Sons head to the club house. He wants to see where her mental state is. Standing with his hands in his pockets, with a smile on his face, he turns to her, "Come on, I want to take you to lunch." She can't resist his dimples. Holding onto Kozik, Skyler just watches the trees pass by as they ride to where he's taking them. She's witnessed brutality in the war, and sometimes she still wakes up out of a sound sleep, the nightmares heavy in her mind, vivid. Sitting at a traffic light, Kozik rubs her hand and she responds by tapping her fingers on his chest. Turning his head, he asks if she is hungry and she says yes. Thankfully, she has a strong stomach after what happened before they left. Stopping in front of a steak house, Kozik parks, and waits for Skyler to climb off his bike. He reaches for her hand again, "Are you sure you are ok ?" She's not looking at him, he gently turns her face towards him. She may be looking at him, but her eyes are distant. Smiling, she nods, "I'm hungry, and I just want to put them behind us, please." He kisses her forehead and leads her into the restaurant.

Skyler quickly downs 2 shots and 2 mixed drinks, getting the liquid courage to talk. There's no one else sitting close to them, and she can sense Kozik won't let her rest until she opens up. Taking a few more sips, and a few bites of her steak, she sighs, "Ok, what do you want to know ? I can tell you want me to talk." Kozik chuckles, "Am I that easy to read ?" Skyler nods but doesn't say anything. Kozik cuts a piece of his steak, "Why did you want to be there today ?" He shoves a piece in his mouth and takes a swig of his beer. Skyler stops chewing, taps her fingers on the table as she stares down at it, "Revenge. The more bad shit that I'm going through, the angrier I'm getting. Maybe it makes me a criminal like the rest of you, maybe it makes me cold blooded. But I couldn't get revenge on the others who kidnapped and abused me. So this was my opportunity." She takes another sip of her drink, then takes in a forkful of mashed potatoes, but stares at the table. Kozik chews and thinks, "But I'm not going to lie, I didn't expect this from you. You didn't kill Zobelle and you had him right in front of you." Skyler looks up slightly but still doesn't look him in the eye, "I don't know, I felt like my dad should get that one. And that was before I knew what he did with the bomb."

Buttering a roll, she orders another drink and shot. "Don't you think you should slow down a little, beautiful?" Kozik asks, with concern. Skyler still can't look him in the eye. Tapping her fingers again, she chews her roll, before speaking again, "I feel like you still have questions but you are holding back." Kozik sighs, " Do you want to try and find your mom?" Skyler shakes her head, "I've tried for years. So she's either dead or she is hiding so my dad and I can't find her. It's no big deal. But just letting you know, I won't leave my kids or let anyone come between them and me." Kozik chokes in his beer, "Kids?!?! As in plural ?" She chuckles, nodding, "Yes, plural means more than one, baby." He coughs a few more times, "I was just planning on a son. Didn't think past that." Rolling her eyes, she shakes her head, "You are such a man. I want at least 2 kids." Kozik's eyes widen. She decides to mess with him, "Well, maybe my future husband will give them to me. I think Juice loves kids. He dotes on Jax's sons." Kozik's eyes narrow, "And if he wants his own kids one day, he will steer clear of your uterus."

Skyler looks up and sees how serious Kozik is. She bursts out laughing, "Man, I had you going." Kozik tries to hold his serious look, but fails, starts laughing also. Finishing up lunch, they leave and head back to the clubhouse. Barely anyone is there and Skyler just wants to lay down. Kozik picks her up bridal style as she feels the alcohol hit, he carries her to his dorm room. Lying her in bed, he takes off her boots and jacket, then takes off his own. Laying down behind Skyler, he pulls the blanket over them. "I'll give you as many kids as you want. We can start this minute." She yawns, and shakes her head, "Nope. It can wait." Kozik chuckles, "You know I'm not getting any younger." She closes her eyes, "So I'll make sure the pharmacy refills your viagra." He bites her neck and she yelps. "And no, I'll never get between you and the kids. I'd be afraid of what you would do." She turns to look at him, "Afraid I'll shoot your ass ?" Kozik looks her in the eye, "That's not the only reason....." her eyebrows raise at his hesitation, " Marcus told me the draw and quarter we did with the brothers, was your idea."
