"Daddy why aren't you playing with me," a little girl says. She was looking at me with the saddest eyes I've seen.
Sitting in my bed I'm continues haunted by the images I saw. Getting up o went down and got some water to drink. Feeling sweating I decided to take a shower seeing if it would help me sleep.
Stripping my cloths I look in the mirror to see my familiar yet unfamiliar body. Gone was my smooth skin. In its place was wounds and scars that had just healed.
They were a reminder of the mate I didn't have and what happened that morning. Every time they would burn as if the wounds were opening up again.
