Chapter 2

No fucking way. Ryan loves Cass. Well, I thought he did. Shit. Before I go to her, I need to confirm that it's him. I make my way upstairs and I'm checking every room. Damn this dude has a big ass house. Honestly, I might get lost. I'm almost finished checking every room but there are 2 more. As I creep one of the doors open to find no one in there, I'm startled by feeling a hand lay on the small of my back.

"Oh man. Sorry, didn't mean to scare you." Says Reece. I turn around to face him and meet his face. He has a slight bruise over his left eye. His bottom lip is slightly cut open and so is the bridge of his nose. He got jacked the fuck up by Joshua.

"Are you okay?" I ask. Nice one Juni, no fucking shit, he's not.

"Yea," Liar. "but um, what are you doing here?" Looking for a scum bag.

"Looking for a scum bag." I say tense a bit.

"Joshua? He's-" I interrupt him.

"No, not Joshua, Ryan." I say while carefully making my way over to the last possible room to find him and that girl. As I got closer I could hear some faint moans.

"Wait, why?" Reece asks and I hit him on the chest to shush him, he winces in pain due to it. He probably has a form bruising there.

"Hey, watch it, I have a bruise there." Oops.

"Sorry. But I'll explain in a sec." I say. I open the door as silently as I could and motion Reece to move to my left so no one sees him. I peep in to see it crystal clear.

Ryan is making out with another girl who is definitely not cass.

I leave the door as it is and motion Reece to go to the right as quick as possible.

"What is it? Can you tell me now?" He asks impatiently.

"Wait here, make sure Ryan and that girl don't leave. I'm going to get Cass as quick as possible! She needs to see this!" I say. He just nods and starts to wait by the door. I start to head downstair looking for a group of blondes and Cass. Seems easy enough. They are on the patio by the pool laughing. I speed walk to them and spot Cass.

"Well, isn't it the pity partier herself." says Sarah. Ugh. I don't have time for this.

"Move." I say sternly shoving everyone away and grabbing Cass's wrist.

"What the fuck are you doing Juni!" She whispers.

"Just come. You still owe me an explanation." I say. She gives me a pleading look. As if she didn't mean what happened about an hour ago. We go up the stairs quietly but fast and see Reece standing there, in the same position as I left.

"Look before you go in there, I just want to say I'm sorry okay?" I tell Cass.

"Sorry for what? I was the one being a dick."

"No not that, we'll talk about it later. I'm sorry you have to see this."

"See what?" She says while opening the door to Ryan and that hooch.

"What. The. Fuck?" She says while standing there frozen. Ryan and that girl immediately pulled apart and Ryan just realised that it was his now ex-girlfriend who said that.

"Wait, wait, wait! Cass listen I can expl-" Ryan says running towards Cass.

"No it's over. Don't even. Talk to the hand." She puts her hand in front of Ryan's face.

"What's the big dillio Cassidy?" The girl in the room says.

"Did anyone ever teach you how to share?" She says again. I recognize that voice anywhere. That voice is the reason I didn't want to come.
