Lila's Side - Chapter 12

Lila looks at the bracelet. Feelings of loneliness and despair fill her. She misses you so much. She can't help but feel guilty that she sold you out, despite not knowing you were Mayura. She walks about Paris, searching for people who aren't minions. As she walks she thinks back on Mayura, and what she was wearing. You were wearing your friendship bracelet. She halts, and collapses on the ground. "Could Mayura really be y/n?" She says to herself. She analyses her memory of you then of Mayura. She couldn't believe it. Mayura could have been you. Her face becomes washed with tears. Did she really just sell out her friend, her best friend? She set out to look for you and tell you the truth.

Meanwhile, you and Bunnyx settle on a plan. You both settle going as night falls. But you can't help to think maybe Lila was right. She was your best friend, still is. You don't think she would betray you. On the other hand she didn't know it was you. You hoped to get everything cleared up.

Both you and Bunnyx scouted the area and then started to move into Marinette's home so she could go home or at least grab essentials. You enter through Marinette's room and check. Everything seems normal, just dusty. You check downstairs inside the bakery. As you check the counter you see a familiar face outside. Lila was there, worried. You slowly slide outside and walk behind Lila. She seemed agitated. You slowly reach your hand out to her, but before you can she turns around. "It's you again.. " she says as she inspects you from head to toe. "It really is you... Huh.. y/n.." You try standing strong, but can't help yourself and grab Lila into a tight hug. Lila bursts into tears as you hug her. She quickly explains what she did. You find it hard to believe it, but accept her apology. You thank her for clearing everything up, but find it hard to trust her now. You ask her what she is to do now,but she just stays silent and leaves. You find it hard to leave her, but you have no choice but to. You run back to Marinette's home and come clean to Bunnyx. She just sighns and smiles. She doesn't seem angry at all. You head back home and report to Marinette. It still isn't safe for her.
