On a day like any other, a young boy twelve years of age named Komi is in his house, seated at the kitchen table, waiting for his mother to deliver breakfast. It's spring, and the weather is nice. The birds singing and flowers blooming bring joy to all the residents of West City. But wait, Komi isn't in West City. The address of his home is specifically 58N 018, 439 East District. Now, now, don't go raid the place or anything. We Ningen (Humans) aren't so uncouth as to go and do something like that, isn't that right? The narrator doesn't seem like he's joking around. You'd better say what he wants to hear. Good, good... Now, where was I...? Oh, that's right. The protagonist of this story, Komi, is not your ordinary boy, not at all. Well, I guess you could say he's half ordinary... More specifically Komi is half Human-type Earthling. No, no, he's not half Animal-type Earthling, heavens no. He instead, contains DNA from his father (why wouldn't he?), who is of a near-extinct warrior race called the Saiyan race. Getting bored? Or are you getting interested?
