So this Au is based on a web show calls Epithet Erased where 1/5 people have rare powers called Epithets. Epithets are powers that a person has based on one word and the words definition, that word the person has is tied to there soul. So if someone had the Epithet Lightning they could possibly control lighting or create it. People with Epithets are called Inscribe, while other with no Epithets are called Mundies. Each Epithet User has a certain level of Stamina, Proficiency, and Creativity, there level for each is shown by how many stars with the maximum of 5. (I'm mentioning this part because it's important to the Hc). I do not own the show but I recommend checking it out, it had a great story line, along with a amazing cast of characters to die for, it also has a unique way of telling the story. I won't spoil anything but if you want to check it out you can find Epithet Erased on YouTube or VrV, it's a really cool show.
Anyway this Hc is based on Epithet Erased of Hetalia took place in the Epithet Erased universe. America has the Epithet Stars (not the level stars, actual stars) . His Epithet allows him to crate small little Stars. These stars can have different effect on people based on what emotion he's is felling. Here's that Catch though. His Level of Proficiency is 5 Star and creativity is 5 Stars. But for his Stamina.....his stamina is 1 Star. So that means he can lose energy really quick, so he doesn't really use it that much.
