Kokichis pov

"s-shuichi...?"

  I looked up from where I was laying, to see a tall, navy haired boy in front of me. There was a small smile on his face, a worried one.

I slowly began to stand up to meet him, but since I was so suprised to see him, I ended falling to the floor. He then joined me in the floor, not saying a word he was just looking at me. I gave him my usual smile.

"long time no see shumai" I giggled. But he didn't reply. "shumai?"

The boy then stood up and began walking away. I shot up as quick as possible to follow him. But all he did was turn around and told me "you need to wake up" then he began walking again.

" Wake up? " I muttered and continued ran after him. "what do you mean Shuichi?" I asked.
"wake up, Kokichi. Do you really think people are really going to help you when you don't let them it!?" the detective then snapped at me.

"no..." I trailed off, tugging on my sleeve as I stood still.
"do you even want to let in? To let people help you?" he said in a harsh tone.
"I..."  I muttered trying to figure out what to say.

But the time I know what to say, he was gone...

Shuichis pov

"though we got so many presents, we forgot to get wrapping paper!" Kaede sighed as we walked through my frount door. We planned to do it at my house since no one would be here to bother us.
"we should probably go get some quickly then." I said, there wasn't a shop too far away that sold wrapping paper.
"no worries! I'll go run there quickly you can just stay here." she smiled and ran out if my house. I let out a sigh.

Kaede tries to hard, it will be the end of her if she doesn't stop.... Again.

I sat down on the sofa. Normally I would watch TV, go in my phone or read a book. However, I felt that if I did that and Kaede came back it might be a bit awkward. So I decided to just leave it. She wasn't going to be long anyway.

(a few hours later
Time: 6:07 pm)

After Kaede came back, we wrapped the presents it was about six o'clock. Kaede decided to go home since it was getting late, she had also taken her presents with her.

So once again, I found myself by myself and my thoughts.

I wonder if kokichis okay....
