Linda's p.o.v.
I woke up to a banging on my door I got up and checked my alarm and saw I over slept holly crap. I got up and opened the door and as soon as I did a fist connected to my face "get the hell up and make me my damn breakfast" I knew that voice too well it was James "I'm sorry I over slept I'll go make your breakfast now I mumbled "what ever you better be done by the time I get to the table" he said before he left. I changed quickly and rushed up the stairs did I mention I'm a werewolf and I live in the basement what the pack doesn't know is that I have powers and I'm half vampire but I'm able to change my scent so they won't figure it out. When I reached the kitchen I took out 3 pans one for eggs one for bacon and one more for sausage by the time I was done Setting the food on the table James came down. I ran and picked up my backpack before he could see me and left the pack house. I took a short cut and made it to school with 10 minutes to spare I looked though the parking lot and found my best friend ash "hey ash"
"don't hey ash me " he said but then we bursted out laughing "come here birthday girl" he said through our fit of laughter and came over and hugged me.
"Do you know were Chris and ands are at?" He didn't answer he just threw me over his back "hey put me down ash" I said while I kept giggling "okay hey look Chris and Andy are here Hi Chris bye Andy" Andy pouted and said "your so mean to me ash" "let's go to class the bell is about to ring"

~Skipping the boring class and on to lunch~

Ashley's p.o.v (ash)

I found Andy Christian and Linda waiting for me at our usual table "what took you so long?" Andy asked "the stupid teacher wanted to talk to me about my grades"
I had been meaning to ask Linda is she had found her mate yet " hey Linds have you found your mate yet?" "Nope not yet" "oh ok" I wonder who he is one thing is for sure he better not hurt her she's been hurt way to much as I child all ready .
Linda's p.o.v.
Lunch was almost over when I smelt the most intoxicating thing ever it was a mixture of strawberries chocolate and mint I followed the smell and was shocked when alpha jake was standing in front of me he looked at me with pure disgust and said the most painful thing
"I jake black reject you Linda Mathews as my mate and luna of the bloodlust pack"
I knew I was gonna get rejected in the first place so I did what's right for me and him by accepting the rejection "I Linda Mathews accept your rejection" with that I left there was nothing else I could do but accept it ..

Sorry i know this chapter sucks but I'll try to make the next chapter more interesting anyways sorry for not updating but please bear with me .
