"Aah.. ever since Scar was defeated, there's been so much relaxation." Fuli said resting a few feet away from Kion on a flat rock. "You said it Fuli." Beshte said, and as if on cue, Bunga cannon-balled into the lake below, splashing Kion and Fuli. "I spoke too soon." Fuli groaned, shaking herself dry. "Aw come on Fuli, lighten up. Bunga's just having fun." Kion reassuringly said, also shaking himself dry. "A little too much fun if you ask me." Fuli said rolling her eyes as she moved to a drier spot. "I agree with Fuli." Ono said. "Hey Kion, give me your paw!" Bunga said. "Okay?" Kion said, handing Bunga his left paw before Bunga yanked him in the water. "Bunga!" The male lion said spitting out water. "Lighten up Kion!" Fuli said mocking and slightly teasing Kion, but he just rolled his eyes and got back on the now damp land. "Who wants me to teach them how to do a ultra triple-flip-dive?" Bunga said excitedly, the others just mumbled in response. Suddenly a rustling in the bush was heard. Kion walked over to inspect it and the rest followed, they didn't find anyone except for a few tracks. "Odd.." Ono said, "They look like lion tracks." "Then it was probably Kion, come on I wanna go play!" Bunga said impatiently. "Couldn't have been, he was on the rock the whole time...- well at least until you knocked him in the water." Beshte said. "Right, then it was either--" Kion was cut off by shouting. "Kion! Lion Guard!" A voice said. "Kiara? What's going on?" Kion asked. "There's a stampede, something spooked the Zebras!" Kiara said, panting from all the running. "Well then, what are we waiting for. 'Till the Pride Lands end-" Kion started. "Lion Guard defend!" The rest joined in. When the Lion Guard got to the scene, it was just as Kiara said, the Zebras were running around in circles. "They're panicking!" Bunga said. "And running!" Beshte added. "Well then we better slow them down, Fuli, that's your job." Kion stated. "On it." Fuli saluted. "Ono, Beshte, find any lose zebras and lead them back to the herd." The golden lion continued. "Affirmative" Ono replied. "Got it." Beshte did the same. "Bunga, you and I are gonna go find out what spooked them." Kion finally finished. "Yes, the fiercest and the bravest!" Bunga said, squeezing Kion's neck, "Heh, yeah. Now let's go." As they all did their jobs, Ono spotted a group of unknown lions running into the Outlands, actually, past the Outlands. After the herd was calmed, Beshte and Fuli decided to lead the herd back home. "We didn't find anything that could've spooked them." Kion said, breaking the silence. "Yeah! It was like they just started running just to be running!" Bunga exaggerated. "Oh, well I found something. While looking for any lost zebras, I spotted a group of lions running to a place far beyond the Outlands." Ono said. "Why would anyone even want to go beyond the outlands..?" Bunga said, his hands on his hips. "I don't know, but they were going there." Ono replied. "Well they're gone now, and it seems as if they aren't coming back, seeing as though they went further then the Outlands." Kion said, lost in thought. "Yeah, we sure scared them off!" Bunga said, doing a backflip. Just then, Beshte and Fuli returned from their voyage. "Did we miss anything?" Fuli asked walking up to Kion.
(Ok hold up! If you've watched every episode of the Lion Guard like I have, you'd realize that Kion and Fuli are literally always standing next to each other. Just another reason to ship them.)
"Well not much, only that I think Ono just spotted Red Flag Number One."
(Sorry if it's short, I ran out of ideas for this chapter, but I promise the next one will be longer.)
