Skype?

About an hour after I sent the email my phone dinged again. I had been getting so any twitter notifications since the boys commented I didn’t really think anything of it. I glanced at my phone to then realise I had a text from an unknown number. I slid it across to see that it read ‘Hi Ebony, it’s James Mcvey x I opened the email without the rest of the boys so I sent your number too them, hope that’s alright! And do you have skype by any chance because it will be easier to organise meeting up that way x J James x’

Is it bad that the first thing I did was screenshot it and send it to Jaz? Well actually that’s a lie, I added him as a contact first cause otherwise Jaz would have started texting him!

Jaz and I freaked out for a good 15 minutes and in that time the rest of the boys had texted me and I had added their numbers. I decided to make a group text and reply to all of them at once. I replied saying ‘Hi guys, I’ve added us in a group text so it’s easier! My skype is ebonyday1 and I’m always logged in so skype me whenever x Hope you meet you guys soon! Ebony x’

Brad was the first one to reply saying ‘me and the boys are together at the moment so is it alright if we skype now?’ Oh god. I thought I would have some time to get used to actually knowing The Vamps but no. From them commenting on my video to skyping them were the space of about 1hr30min!

‘Of course x Ebony x’

I grabbed my laptop just as skype began ringing. I took a deep breath and clicked accept. Their faces popped up onto the screen and I immediately lost the ability to speak. “Ebbbsss!” Connor shouts. All the boys laugh as Connor adds “Is it alright if we call you Ebs?” You giggle and say “What we’ve been talking for 10 seconds and you already have a nickname for me? Yeah of course you can call me Ebs!” they all laughed and James said “Right about the cover. We are scheduled to be filming tomorrow, so we were wondering if you were able to come along and film with us.”

You smiled to yourself “sounds good! Where about are you guys from?” “Well we are from all over the country but we are all staying at James’ at the moment who lives in Bournemouth!” Tris answers taking a sip of Monster Energy. “Perfect I live in Bournemouth as well!”

We carried on skyping for hours before I decided to go to bed. Things moved so quickly I am pretty sure I was in shock. Let’s just say I didn’t sleep that night.
