Linguini- POV
I see that Anton Ego has seen my message, he hasn't replied. I guess that means he wants nothing to do with me :(
There's no hope for me and Anton anymore. He doesn't feel the same. My heart is tearing apart, nobody will ever understand the pain I feel at this moment. I call Collette. She is so negative she will help me.
"Collette please come over... I'm sorry" I say over the phone. She hangs up and I sit by myself for a few minutes, pondering. Suddenly I hear a knock at my door. The shock is too much to bear.
"What are you doing here?" I ask in a surprised tone. The man looks at me with love in his eyes.
"Chef Skinner, why are you here so late?" I ask again. He bats his eyelashes at me. He pulls me by my collar to his height and press his lips against mine. I'm so shocked I can't move. My body is frozen. I'm feeling confused so I kiss back. I'm so lonely.
The kiss ends and I see Anton standing by the door with teary eyes.
"Anton, this isn't what it looks like!" I SCREAM! I see he is holding a ring case... what have I done?!
"I-it looked like you were sniff k-kissing him." He says. Oh how it pains me to see him like this.
"He kissed me, I thought you didn't want me! I'm so sorry..." I plead. Anton Ego calms down and says "I believe you Linguini."
Anton goes down on one knee AND PULLS OUT A RING!!! The joy I feel right now is INSANE
"Linguini, we have been through so much together, my love for you is true. Will you be Mrs. Ego :)" he asks. I nod my head yes with tears in my eyes and scream "YES" then we hug and even kiss. The kiss is electric, better than Skinner thats for sure. Skinner is gross. I'm going to be a married man! Best. day. ever!!!!
