donghyuck was in the hospital, and mark hated that fact.
but his father was in jail, and mark hoped he would stay there forever.
"hyuck..." he cried when he was finally allowed into the boy's hospital room. he was still sleeping.
"i shouldn't have played the waiting game," he muttered, grabbing donghyuck's hand in his and tracing the lines on his palm.
his parents were outside, talking about what would happen to donghyuck after. there was a doctor in the room.
"will he be okay?"
the doctor nodded hesitantly, "bruises, a broken arm, some cracked ribs, and cuts from glass. he'll heal with care."
donghyuck had said it had gotten "better." what had he gone through in the past?
