Barley Has Feelings For Gracie/Jakob Tells April What Makayla Told Him

Ian was reading a book in his bedroom while Fluttershy and Gracie went with Laurel to the store to get food for dinner that same night and Colt had the night shift for patrol. 

Ian's door was closed so the 16 year old elf could read without Barley coming in or barging into his bedroom whenever Ian was doing something to not be bothered. 

Suddenly, three quick knocks were heard on Ian's bedroom door, causing Ian to almost fall off of his bed as he was startled by the three knocks on his bedroom door. 

Ian got up from his bed and went over to his bedroom door. 

As he opened the door,  Ian sees Barley looking at him with a "I need to talk to you" look on his face and lets Barley into his bedroom. 

"What's up, Barley? By the look you have, you have something to tell me, don't you? And I think it might be about Gracie, isn't it?" Ian asked leaning against the wall next to his bedroom door. 

"Yeah. Ever since she came into our world, she has changed something in me. Well, making this emotion feeling, um, the love feeling." Barley said sitting down on Ian's bed and place his head in his hands to comprehend what he was feeling towards Gracie. 

"W-wait. You love Gracie? Like how Fluttershy and I love each other? When you were talking about the girl you had a few things in common with, I wasn't sure if you were talking about someone in town or if you talking about have some things in common with Gracie after both of us got to know her a little." Ian said smiling as he went to go sit next to Barley on his bed. 

Barley then looked at his brother and smiled back as he knew that he trusts Ian that Barley and Gracie would be together someday. 

Meanwhile in New York, Jakob was going to talk to April at the park and didn't want to upset her on what he was going to talk to her. 

"Hey, Jakob, you needed to talk to me?" April asked arriving in the park as she and Jakob both sat down on the park bench to talk. 

"Yeah. I know that you overheard the conversation between me and Makayla." Jakob said looking down at the ground and then looked up at April. 

"Oh, yeah, it was about Gracie having a small crush on you before we were boyfriend and girlfriend. Does she still have a small crush on you?" April asked annoyed as she crossed her arms a crossed her chest and looked at Jakob. 

"No, she had to give up her small crush ever since we both became boyfriend and girlfriend and she was trying to support our relationship as best as she can." Jakob said clarifying what Makayla had told him back at the apartment. 

April was surprised at Gracie supporting Jakob and April's relationship. 

"I. . .I didn't realize that. I thought she and I were going to be frenemies forever. I want to give her my apology when she gets back." April said still surprised at what she was told. 

Jakob smiled happily and both him and April hugged before going back to the apartment.
