I sat up and dusted off my pants before continuing with everyone. I couldn’t help but feel
someone or something was watching us. To be honest it kind of freaked me out, but I kept
walking. After a while we heard another scream, but it sounded like a boy. As we were running I
tripped and fell. Hearing the thud someone came and picked me up, but I couldn’t see who it
was because my eyes were covered.
I ran to catch up to everyone, Though I was still wondering who or what helped me get
up. But when I caught up with them I saw Elvis upside-down but with the string around him. He
kind of looked like a human yo-yo. I knew what to do. I thought of the supplies we needed and how to set it up, then thought of the spell and when I looked at the mirror the ghost dropped
Elvis and went into the mirror and smashed it.
It was just like last time I fell asleep, but this time it was the normal black. For some
reason I was comfortable with this version.
“Hello again Miss. Ross How are you?” The voice spoke.
“I’m good, but I kind of feel uncomfortable talking to a voice with nobody. It makes me
think I’m talking to myself. So can you make yourself a body?” I ask, hoping to get an answer
from the voice. But before I could react there was a bright flash in front of me showing who the
voice belonged to.
“Wait you’re one of the…” I was cut off to her opening her mouth.
“One of the protectors? Yes I am. I’m here to help you and find a way to help free your
sister from her demon’s cage.” She said, I felt that person in the real world staring at my friends
trying to get me up.
So I decided to get up again and all my friends knew this was normal but Elvis was
freaking out in the middle of the classroom so I stood up to where he could see me and he
stopped. With his little puppet hand thing he said, “Mia, I thought you weren’t going to wake up.
You got me so worried that I couldn’t help that I freaked out thinking, the possibilities that you
could be hurt or something worse!” He gasped for a breath of air.
