Chapter 5: A conversation to be had

While I was waiting, I blacked out into another dream. This time I was in the spot that I
stopped at last time so I continued walking. I heard the voice clearer now and I could make out
the words.
“ In your locker there is a clue Miss. Ross” It said trying to help me out so now that I
could understand it I tried speaking to it.
“ Who are you and why are you helping me?” I waited and I got a reply.
“ You’ll find out soon enough Miss. Ross” Then I woke up to see everyone back with the
things in front of me. Springing into action I set everything up.
Alright Mia you can do this! You’ve read the book fifteen times. You know the words by
heart!”
I say, “ Ghostly spirits surrounding Ami; Leave and return to the place from once you
came. Leave this place and never come back. The gods and I command it to take the spell and
take your friends in this room and say goodbye because, IT’S TIME FOR YOU TO LEAVE!”
Just as I pointed to the mirror the ghost surrounding Ami went into the mirror and
smashed it into pieces to never come out again.
“Mia how on earth did you know the spell by heart?” Collin asked.“I read the book many times, good thing I love magic enough to read all the spell books
in the world and that they actually work, mostly.” I was surprised as he was. Something snapped
in my brain. “We have to get to my locker, I think there is something that we need in there.” We
all ran down the stairs and to my locker. I put in my combination and opened my locker to find
all the spell books I’ve read.
