Psych Entertainment (사이크 엔터테인먼트) is an entertainment company located in South Korea, founded on May 4, 2020, by Ahn Hani. The company currently operates its own comprehensive entertainment business including artist development, record label services, talent agency services, music production, music publishing, event management, and concert production.

The company was founded to encourage ambitious youth to go forth and strive towards their dreams of Hallyu success, working with not only a skilful and experienced CEO who has braved the path the trainees wish to embark on, but equally as skilful and experienced staff. The CEO hopes to share her own personal experiences with the trainees and serve as a living example as to what happens when one puts their dreams into action.
Trainees under Psych are trained by a specialized and qualified group of trainers that have been verified to have the sufficient amount of experience to help trainees to obtain success in their desired career path, be it an idol, model, or actor. Psych also offers the help of professional therapists for any trainee, idol, and even staff under its roof, completely free of charge. Specialized health specialists are also contracted to ensure trainees and idols are not only in shape but are eating healthy, and providing their body with the necessary nutrients it needs to perform at its full potential.
The company accepts youth of all descent, regardless of differences, and holds monthly global auditions to ensure diversity and variety in the entertainment industry. Psych practices fair and just treatment of all their trainees, going against anything that may threaten human rights.
Psych's goal is to not only create skilled artists and professionals, but to maintain a sense of family and comfort between fellow artists, trainees, and staff, creating a safe haven of dreams. Its staff and CEO make it their mission to pave a path that may not always be a flowery one, but that with enough determination and perseverance the trainees will be able to push through to reach where they have dreamed of being all their life.
