      "I guess we can't be friends after all." The last of the demon saw was the girl with the butterfly pin before it died. The girl who slayed the demon was none other than The Insect Pillar herself, Shinobu Kochou.

      After the mission, Shinobu walked across the forest to her estate. Something caught her eye, it moved with great speed. She followed slowly, it was Giyuu Tomioka. She smiled cunningly, as she prepared to teased him again. She jumped and, got caught in his arms.

      Shinobu blushed at what she had done to herself, but Giyuu just stared at her, blankly. "Kochou, what are you doing here?" He asked. "Tomioka-san, c-can y-y-you put me d-down, p-please?" She said, trying to keep her smile. The man with the half and half haori suprised by what he had done, he puts her down.

      "Let's forget that ever happened!" She said angrily. "If you wanna scream, just scream at my face." He said, Shinobu looked at him in utter shock. "You know, nobody likes you, Tomioka-san?" She teased him and poking his shoulder.

      After they had walked across the forest, they arrived at the butterfly estate. The sunlight just came, and Shinobu entered her estate but Giyuu just waited. "Tomioka-san, if you wanna come in, I'd gladly make salmon daikon!" She gleefully smiled, she knows Giyuu like salmon daikon.

      He turned around to look at her, smiling. He was getting hungry, so he nodded. "I better get cooking!" She walked inside. Giyuu just sat staring to mid air, he saw Naho, Sumi, and Kiyo playing. "Hello there Tomioka-san!" The three of them said together, he just nodded.

      He stood up and walked outside to get some fresh air. He sat by the porch, staring into the sky. He thought about the people who he loved has lost their lives, Sabito, Tsutako (his older sister). He also thought the people who they loved and lost their lives like Shinobu lost the only family she had, Kanae.

        He thought that Shinobu lost her sister and he lost his, they kinda have a similar situation. "Tomioka-san?" Someone called out his name, it was Shinobu. "Oh there you are!" She smiled softly, he just stared at her. "Let's eat!" She gestured him to come in. He went inside and sat on his spot.

      He ate the salmon daikon, it was better than he expected. He ate little quickly than before, Shinobu noticed this and giggled. He looked up, she jumped and just kept eating. "Ara-ara, Tomioka-san, you do like it?" She asked, he nodded again. She kept eating. "Kochou..." he spoke. "I love..." he mumbled under his breath. 'Wait, is he going to confess?!' Shinobu thought. "Love..." he stuttered his words."L-love?" She asked feeling flustered. "Love..." he still couldn't get the words out of his mouth. Shinobu's thought are racing in her head. "I don't like you!" She shouted, she covered her face with her palms. "Love your cooking." Shinobu felt stupid.

      "I know you like me." He said out of the blue. Shinobu blushed heavily at his statement, and trying to denied but it was true, she does have feelings for him. "Nobody likes you, Tomioka-san!" She stuttered trying to keep her caring demeanor. "But, you like-" "Can we stop talking about that topic?!" She shouted out of annoyance.

------ Few Days Later ---------------
      Giyuu was walking, he was having the day off. He decided to walk around town. He was walking around, he noticed someone wearing a familiar butterfly haori. It wa the one gave him the best salmon daikon he has ever tasted.

      He was trying to ignore her but it was no use. "Ara-ara, is that you Tomioka-san?" She said gleefully. "Kochou, why are you here?" He quietly groaned.

      "Well, I was just here to see what's going on here, until I saw you!" She said with a smile. Giyuu kept staring at her, it was awkward at first, until Shinobu broke the awkwardness with her usual teasing.

      "You know, Tomioka-san. I like to consider myself as a butterfly!" She said, he just stared at her blankly. "I thought you're a mosquito..." he paused, Shinobu was angry but she kept her normal smile, but it was cut by an old lady. "My, you two look like a loving couple." They both jumped. "Oh no, we're just friends!" Shinobu brushed it off. "Oh really sorry for the mishap!" The lady apologized to them and walked away.

        But it was true what the lady said, they do looked like a couple.
