Love. It's such a strange concept. You put your trust and loyalty into one person only to have it thrown back in your face. Love is putting another person's needs before your own, putting them before you at all times. Love is wanting to show off this person, to tell people that you are better then them because you get to have this person all to yourself. Love is wanting to protect this person at all costs. Love is also this magical thing that only those worthy can truly experience. So why do I love someone who wants me to hide me in the shadows?
