Nora

It's the day of my first show and it's completely sold out. We decided not to do a meet and greet for this show just so that we can get all packed up and on the road tomorrow morning.

I have five hours before I go onstage and I'm currently sitting in my bedroom staring out the window at Los Angeles.

"Come on we got to go." My manager says and I'm snapped out of my daydream. We head to the venue and I start sound check. Everything is perfect.

I get a smoothie and then wash my hair, I started to blow dry it and when I was done I changed into my outfit for tonight. I decided on a purple satin top and plain mom jeans.

I tied a bandana around my head and walked out for a few interviews. I don't know why but I kind of felt sad. I was so alone.

I had went back to my dressing room and FaceTimed my dad. "Hey sweetie," he said and I smiled, "dad I'm really worried." I said and he smiled even bigger, "You're gonna do amazing." He said.

After a few minutes we were interrupted by a knock on my door, "ten minutes" someone yelled.

I said goodbye and he told me good luck and I hung up. I checked my phone for any new messages and I had nothing. Brandon and Aaron and my mom called me this morning but other than that I didn't really talk to anyone else.

I headed out and got my mic and ears fitted. The crowd was chanting my name, NORA! NORA! NORA! NORA!

I got so excited I hugged some random roadie. He just laughed at me and the lights all shut off. I ran out on stage, "you're just a boy baby what did I expect, ain't go no fucking respect!" I paused and the crowd screamed. "Oooh nooo!" I sang and the lights turned on, "met you at a party last week,"

(A/N the song is Just a Boy by Olivia O'Brien if u want to listen but I'm gonna have her skip to another song that's why a different one is at the top.)

I finished that and sang two more songs with choreography before one where I could just do my own thing with the crowd.

The lights dimmed a little and I the intro played as I got closer to the crowd. I started to see familiar faces in the photographers pit, Tate and Jonah were here, "I've been holding my breath, I've been counting to ten over something you said." I sang and leaned down to grab a fans hand.

One side was the photo pit and the other was for people that bought 'front row' tickets. There were mostly kids in there because it's meant for people that can't be in the general admission pits.

I walked out on the little bump out that let to general admission and sat on the end of the stage.

Looked over to see Daniel with them and a tear rolled down my face as I looked at him. "Find someone that loves you better than I do, darling, I know." I started to choke up and the crowd sang over me as I wiped away a few tears.

"Feels like a lifetime, just tryna get by while we're dying inside," I stood up and walked right in front of him, "I've done a lot of things wrong, loving you being one,"

I knelt down right in front of him and I saw his glassy blue eyes, "but I can't move on" I sang and he looked away. I got up and finished the song. The lights turned off and the crowd lost it.

I sang a bunch more songs after that one but as I closed the show all I remember is that one moment. I hugged every single person backstage and anyone in the hallway as I made my way to my dressing room.

I opened the door and was shocked, "SURPRISE!!!" I heard everyone yell as I opened the door. I looked around to see my mom, my brothers, my dad, all of why don't we and a few of their siblings, Tate, Gabbie, Hudson, Corey, and pretty much everyone from the studio.

I jumped into my dads arms, "I called you right before the show, where were you?" I laughed. "In a hotel room waiting for my Uber," he said and I gave out hugs to almost everyone in the room.

"That was amazing," Tate said and I hugged her, she was going to let go but I didn't let go of her yet and she started laughing. "Thank you for always being here for me." I said and she almost started crying.

Daniel wasn't in the room, after I talked to everyone Tate told me he was waiting out by the stage.

I headed out there and saw him sitting on the edge of the stage. Everything was packed up and everyone was gone, it was just him here.

I sat next to him and he wouldn't look at me. "You're an amazing performer," he laughed, "I mean I thought I was good but damn you killed it to—"

"Why are you here?" I asked staring at the empty space, "wouldn't your girlfriend be mad if she knew about things between us?"

"I told her... Nora i told her I couldn't be with her." He said and I looked at him.
