Brinley was sobbing, begging and pleading with him to stop killing her family. but the fucker was enjoying it which made me wanna skin him alive, cut his body  and throw his body parts in a volcano. she was shaking in my arms like a freaking leaf, and i knew it was a mixture of grief, depression, anxiety, panic, fear, but most of all...petrified. the one thing i did not what her to feel ever again.

i dont think i could handle Brinley going mute again, none of us would. i went through it once, i wasnt gonna let her go mute. i wasnt gonna give that son of a bitch the satisfaction of her terror.

Brinley screamed and threw her phone across the room and broke down. i shhed her and pulled her on my lap, "im here. im here." i rubbed her back and the back of her head as she completely shattered in my arms. i could feel her entire heart and everything else shatter.

"fuck." Evelyn muttered and gripped her head. Natalia and the others were trying to be strong, but there was only so much anyone could do... i held her tightly to me and kept muttering that i was here. i knew if i said 'shes safe' she'll explode.

"nobody say shes safe...even if she will be. she'll completely explode." Evelyn muttered to the others who nodded. "Evie's right...she's gonna be a ticking time bomb with certain things right now. she needs all of us." Ashton rubbed his face, "this is bullshit. she didnt deserve this." i bit my lip, "no..she didnt. neither did her family." i whispered as my heart broke at the thought of Brinley's entire family before killed and she had to hear it.

this could be what will push her over the edge....Brinley will now do whatever she can to be with her family, and i know damn well her parents both told her to stay strong and to fight. but Brinley gave up when she heard the first family member being killed.... this is what will push her to end it. and i wasnt gonna let that happen, i loved Brinley way to fucking much to watch her destroy herself.

"she cant be alone...not even for a few seconds. Luke...this could be what pushes her over the edge." Evelyn muttered to me and i nodded, "i know. i was thinking the same thing..." i muttered back as i continued whispering in Brinley's ear that i was here.

Evelyn stood up shakily, "im gonna go grab everything sharp that she could use." i nodded and she glanced down at Ashton, "help." he nodded and they left for the bus. "go through her bags too!" i yelled to them and they both gave me thumbs up.

"i cant.." Brinley muttered in my ear and i cried, "no baby you can." i knew what that meant. she gave up, she didnt wanna live anymore. she sobbed, "Luke my entire family is dead." i shhed her, "im here baby im here." i pushed her head in my chest and held her tightly to me.

Drew and Alex came off the stage and i frowned at them, "you're done?" they nodded, "its been an hour and a half." i frowned. Drew sat on the other side of Brinley, "what happened?" i bit my lip, "her family's gone." i whispered to him and he gasped, "oh god.." tears filled his eyes and he rubbed her back. i knew Drew saw Brinley as a little sister, Brinley saw all these guys like brothers.
