The next morning they had to leave the village and find Lucifer but when they had to leave they didn't see Tyler. They then went to the place where Tyler had stayed overnight. But when they reached there they saw a note. It read,
' I'm sorry that I had to leave you lot. I really wanted to be with you but I'm sorry I could not be with you for the rest of the journey. It hurts you know to see the person you love with someone who is not you. I really am sorry but a person  with broken heart is most lethal or just want to go away from this world. I'm sorry I think I am just a heart broken person who is in need of space. Go on without me. I was not of any use to you in the first place. I wish you all the best. '
Vivian was crying a corner. She didn't want to do this with Tyler. She didn't want to lose a friend. On the other hand Leondre was not ready to believe that his brother had betrayed him. He started to speak to himself, " Brother I never thought of you to be sucha coward. You taught me that I should never run from my problems but LOOK WHAT YOU DID. You failed me brother........ You failed me........... " He could not control and started crying.

Leondre, " Could you please leave me alone for sometime?" He sounded a bit a sad, angry and serious. Vivian had never seen him like this before so she thought it was the best thing to give him his space.
She said in a soft voice  ," Okay, if you want so, " then she left him and went insideinside the tent.
Leondre laid on the sand facing towards the sky , lost in deep thoughts.He came to the conclusion that the misunderstandings between them was the best thing happened , as Tyler is safer at home, he'll be heart broken sad and angry on him but will probably forget and move on in his life. No doubt Leondre's gonna miss him throughout this voyage . He went back into the camp, Vivian had prepared the dinner, Leo was not in the mood so he just scoffed her, she felt hurt, but knew that Leo is more hurt so she didn't let it come on her face .

Next day , Leondre started acting normal , Vivian was shocked, she thought, ' how can this man overcome his feelings so quick?'
She was lost in her thoughts when Leondre came , he then hit her on her head in friendly manner and said, " I apologize for my yesterday's behaviour,I should have known that you were hurt  too , anyways can get the leftover of dinner cause I'm hella starving , BTW we've to go practice , you need to improve your  defence, its too poor."
Vivian staring at him still shocked said, " umm yeah,of course " then went to get food.

Leondre was trying very hard to hide his feelings but he was finding it very difficult to put a fake face in front of Vivian. He didn't want Vivian to worry about him, she was already facing a lot of problems and he didn't want to ba a person add weight on her shoulders which were already weighed down by the task of killing her own father. Although Leondre was hurt he could not believe that his brother had left him and Vivian alone when clearly they both needed his moral support. His mind was forcing him to belive that his brother had left him but his heart was telling him the opposite. He could not clearly. He never thought of his brother as that weak but also his brother was suffering from heart break which is worst than any of the diseases present outside in the world. Majority of the diseases have cures but heart break was one of those diseases that could not be treated with a medicine. It needed time.

At that time he suddenly remembered, Tyler had already told him that he would not leave him even if the whole world was against Leondre Tyler said that he would be there to support him. He had promised to never leave him behind. During their early years as adults they would even talk about how they both would get a girlfriend and how the one who got the love of his life would brag about her/ him to the other. Leondre felt that he was stabbed on the back by his very own brother. He felt defeated.

At that time a  sudden thought clicked his mind. At the end of Tyler's letter there was a blob of ink. He had thought that it was only an accident but then he remembered that his brother never wrote a letter ina hurry, he remembered the te when their aunt had witnessed her death due to Lucifer and they were not able to attend her funeral. Tyler loved their aunt a lot, she was the one who gave him his namename, she was the one who became his first martial arts teacher. They both shared a lot of love between each other. As they were not able to attend ther funeral Tyler decided to write a hand written letter as he one last time wanted to show his love towards her in the form of his words. He wanted to give her a nice funeral. Tyler was always good with his words. He believed that words could mend and break a person and he took almost three days to complete that letter. When Leondre read that letter, even though it was personal he read it without Tyler's permission, the letter beautifully potrayed the relationship that his brother and his aunt had. At the end of the letter Leo was in tears and till this day he didn't have the courage to confess to his brother that he had read his letter.

This lead Leondre to think deeply about the letter that his brother had left for them. The letter looked like it was written in a rush and Tyler was not a person to rush things in such manner. He was a beautiful human and he could not have said a goodbye in such a hurry. He may have suffered a heartbreak but he was not insensitive to leave them alone on their voyage. Something was missing in this puzzle and he was still not able to figure out what it was.

At that time he suddenly felt pain in his left arm. On the same place where he and his brother had matching tattoos. He then remembered the day when they both decided to make those tattoos to represent their love and brotherhood. But one detail that left him in shock was that those tattoos were meant to be enchanted. Those tattoos were made out of their pure bond of love towards each other. The tattoo maker even said that he only does the work of making tattoos but the connection between two individuals bearing the same tattoo depended on their love towards each other and if their love was strong enough then they would be able to feel each others emotions as well as their pains.
And if this statement of the tattoo maker was correct then Tyler was in a very big danger as the the throbbing pain in his arm was increasing with time
