Thick clouds of smoke were rising from the market now. Minli couldn't help but think freeing the other mythics had been a bad idea. From the mountain top, the cries of agony and death were vague, but the scene was not. The man pulled a small vile of powder, and another of water, out of his bag. He poured the water into the powder and stuck a small stone in a hole above one of the ruins. "That's it!" Minli thought. "Hey kid, what's your name?" Minli jumped as she ad not been expecting that. "Minli. Minli parkers." She said. "Sir, May I ask what your name is?" "Mystic. Mystic harrow. Before we go in here though, we are going to have to change your name. Minli beamed. "Asher!" She said in a overly exited manner. "Let me guess, you want to change your look to?" Mystic said with a bit of a smile on his face. "Yes! Blonde hair and green eyes please!" She said in again, a overly exited manner. A glowing snake of purply-blue wrapped around her, followed my millions of others. Within seconds, they fled back into a vile and turned to liquid. Mystic stuck the vile back in his bag. "Hm. Hey Ash, can you see me?" "Yeah, a little but my vision is blurry." She said as she felt around for a tree. Mystic pulled a pair of thin rimmed lensless glasses out of his pocket. He slipped a pair of lenses into the glasses and put them on her face. Mystic took of a hood he had been wearing. His black hair and bright, almost neon blue eyes were revealed. "It's hilarious that I'm calling you 'kid' considering that I'm only fourteen. Your what, thirteen, fourteen?" "Thirteen" she replied. "Oh yeah," Mystic said with a hint of fear in his voice. "I um..." Mystic put his hood back on and seemed to shrink to be more around Ashers hight, "promise you won't laugh?" "Promise." Asher said. Mystic removed his hood revealing longer black hair, pulled behind his ears, Asher looked away from his hair. "I'm, actually a girl..." Asher looked up at her face. Mystic's eyes glowed, her pail skin and rosy cheeks looked like porcelain. "Asher, a-are you ok?" Asher snapped out of her day-dreamy state. "Mhm" she said quickly. She was blushing far to hard to hide her emotions. "Your b-blushing...." Mystic said, still feeling strange about showing her gender. "O-oh this? N-no I'm just-" Asher was stopped by the feeling of someone hugging her tightly. She looked down. Mystic had shrunk a bit more, and was now shorter than Ash. As far as she could tell, Mystic was blushing. "W-well we better get going..." Asher stuttered. They walked into the portal, but, instead of Phoenix pass, it was hell. Dark, black, hell. "Ready Asher?" Mystic said. "Yes." "But are you really ready?" "Well I'm.. not sure" Mystic sighed. "Demon phoenixes. Overly strong yet... somewhat destined to meet those of other species." And that she was. They walked to Lucifer. At first he didn't see them but, Mystic's eyes caught his attention. "Well, well, well. Ain't these the prettiest picks. What brings you girls here?" "We would like to be accepted as demons." Asher blurted out. She wasn't sure if that's what she was supposed to do, but she did it anyway. "Very well then. RAY! WE GOT DEMON TRAINEES!" He shouted. Within seconds, a tall, black haired, toothy smiled, red eyed demon. "Trainees ay?" He chuckled. His pointy teeth gleamed not white but.... drippy red. Crimson blood. He walked towards a room, one full of humans. Living ones. They assumed this was training, and followed. "Kill and eat the one which is most lustfull." Ray said. Asher looked around. They were easy to find. The outfit was the only detail that she could find that would show. She leapt into the room, and roasted the woman. She ate her, but had a hard time doing so. She was not a cannibal, much less one to eat raw meat. It was Mystic's turn, and she was assigned a racist to kill. All the people where of different race, and it was easy to find them. The only indication of her movement was her eyes. Their glow created a short quick flash of blue, and then, gone. "Heh." He laid his long thin fingered hands on their right shoulders. A burning pain in what felt like the pattern of demon wings and a tail.
