HARRY'S POV:

My eyes flutter open. I had walked back into the room and again I had fallen asleep next to Louis' bedside holding his right hand in between both of my hands. I look at our hands, connected together.

I look and see if he is awake yet, but, the only movement coming from his body was his light breathing. He passed out from the stress I'd put on him, at least that's what the doctor had said.

All I want right now is to see those beautiful sea colored orbs to flutter open and see me so he can hug me, never let me go and let me know that he's okay.

His hand twitches in mine, I sit up so fast that it gives me whip-lash and I look at him feeling light-headed for a second.

His eyebrows crinkled in under the wrap around his head. He slowly opens his eyes and looks at our hands then at me. We stare into each other's eyes and time stops again, I swear.

"Can you help me sit up please."

His voice is weak and broken, I can tell he remembers exactly what happened.

"Yeah."

I gently grabbed his shoulder to help him up, I push him forward making sure I don't hurt him as I push the button making the bed prop Louis up. I release my hand, helping him lay back against the bed. He looks at me.

"Thank you," he says politely. I stare at him seeing that he is scared and hopeful.

Then I can't control myself so I lug myself on him be as careful as I can not to harm him and hug him close and tightly. He lifts up one arm to hug back.

"So, may I ask a question?" He says still being polite.

He's not acting like himself, he's trying to hide something again.

"Yeah, anything Louis," I answer ignoring my thoughts.

"How long have you been in love with me?"

"Well, ever since you looked at me when you gave me the glass of water on the first day we met."

He nods slightly then wincing he touches his wrap around his head.

"How long have you been in love with me?" I ask him.

"Ever since the first crime I've made, when you got out of your car, your green eyes were gleaming Harry, gleaming! They are beautiful and I couldn't take my eyes away. You almost caught me that mission because I couldn't stop thinking about you long enough to think straight!"

"Is that true?"

He nods once more, I smile at him and he forces a smile back but he's eyes tell me that he is pained, pained to his heart and is injuries.

My heart forgives him, but my mind is telling me to forget about him.
