chapter 2: Mall time

You move the hood of your hoodie to hide any blood that was on it and ran over to Carmen. The boys weren't too far behind you and you throw yourself at your sister in a hug.
"(Y/N)! How are you today?" Your sister laughs as she hugs you.
"I'm good sis! How was school?" You ask her and tilt your head.
"Long, who are the skeles?"
"The boys that I tutor."
"I've never seen them come out with you before. " you roll your eyes and groan.
"I accidentally gave myself a cut behind my ear earlier when scratching it. I didn't notice until they told me." You lied smoothly. You got the cut when Error shoved you into the lockers.
"I'm always saying you have sharp nails. Wanna come to my apartment tonight,"
"Nah I have lots of homework and you wouldn't let me do it."
"Hey, they're staring at us."
"Yeeeeah….. they kinda got a look at the scars…." your sister looks at you surprised. 
"How?"
"I was telling about scars and how head wounds bleed a lot. I showed my hands and a sleeve rode up a little and they managed to pull it up further when they saw." You say. You never liked showing people your scars. They always looked at you like you were a freak. 
"Boys!" Your sister yelled at them and you jump. "If you hurt my little sis you're in for it! You understand?!" They all look at her surprised and you quickly jump in the car through the open window and end up upside down in the seat. You didn't want anyone else knowing she was your sister and you hear footsteps approaching.  Your hoodie slides up your back revealing the burned skin. Suddenly you see Sans in the window holding out your pencil case. His eyes flickered to your back but then back to your face.
"Dropped this. Keep a hold of your stuff."
"Classic! We gotta go. Get yer ass over here!" Red yells and you sit properly in your seat and he hands it to you.
"Thanks Sans."
"No problem, see you Monday."
"See you Monday, bye." He waves and walks to the others as Carmen gets in the car.
"Nice guy." She says as she starts the car.
"Would be if he didn't skip or sleep all class." You say and you were on your way home.
You spent the next day and a half you work on homework and thinking of different ways to help tutor the three skeletons. On Sunday you take a shower and get dressed in some black jeans and a loose fitting yellow long sleeved shirt. You grab your bag and run down stairs.
"Auntie, I'm going to meet Cammie at the mall! I'll be back later!" Your aunt sticks her head out of the kitchen and looks you over.
"Don't be out too late and give Carmen a hug for me."
"Will do." You run over to her and give her a hug. You grab your purse and run out the door heading towards the mall. You always get anxious going to places people from school usually were. Your sister wanted to go shopping though and you couldn't say no to her. You make your way to the mall and you see Toriel with Frisk. You open the door and hold it for them.
"Ah, thank you (Y/N). Why are you here?"
"Shopping with Cammie!" You say with a cheerful voice. She's known you a long time now, even before the fire that took your parents life.
"Well you two have fun. I'll see you tomorrow."
"Of course Toriel. Have a nice day." You walk to the seating area to wait for your sister when you heard a glitchy voice. Error. Great. You look around the corner to see him, Ink, Nightmare, Edge, Red, Blackberry, Axe and Killer sitting there talking. 
"Y-y-YoU sHo-ShOuLd H-hAvE sEeN h-HeR f-F-fAcE!" Error laughed and Ink sat on his lap. Those two have been a couple for as long as anyone can remember. 
"Eh, ya caused me problems though. She was way more annoyin' than normal." Red said. 
"It was so funny except that Error almost made us miss the movie!" Ink said. 
"YOU HAVE TO ADMIT IT WAS FUNNY THOUGH!  Blackberry said. You sigh and lean back against the wall out of sight but catch Red's eye. A flash of shock crosses his features and you press against the wall.
"Well it ain't fun when I gotta wait forever cause the little bitch is bleedin." You hear him say. You mess with your hair so they cant tell it's you from a quick glance and rush past them towards where you were meeting your sister.
"Sis!" She yells running up to you and tackling you to the floor in a hug. All of the skeletons look at you two, you could feel them watching.
"Ugh…." you groan and she pulls you up. You give her a hug. "From Auntie…" you mutter. She gasps in fake hurt. 
"It wasn't from you? Abandoned by my own baby sister!" She says dramatically bringing the back of her hand to her forehead.
"Cammie, you're making a scene…" you hiss at her. She grabs your hand and drags you away. You glance back to see them all looking at you still and you hurry to get out of sight.
"No hoodie today?"
"It's getting washed." She laughs and you two go shopping. You started to relax forgetting about the others as you spend your day out. You both run into Toriel and Frisk again and chat for a few minutes. You were telling her about this novel you were reading while walking backwards. Carmen was gonna interrupt you but you bump into someone sending you sprawling on the floor.
"What the- (Y/N)?" You hear Rus talking. 
"You okay?" That was Sans. You push yourself into a sitting position and fix your sleeves. 
"I'm okay, Sans. Thanks." You look over and see he has his hand out to help you up. You take his hand and get up.
"BROTHER, I DID NOT REALIZE YOU WERE SO CLOSE WITH (Y/N)!" You hear the loud voice of Papyrus. You look to see him and Blueberry, Rus' younger brother, there too. You pull your hand back fast. You were still uneasy about everyone. You run and hide behind your sister and she laughs.
"(Y/N) ARE YOU SURE YOU'RE OKAY? YOU FELL RATHER HARD." Blue says. 
"I-I'm fine." You squeak out.
"Sorry about her, I think it's time that I take my baby sister home now." You blush deeply. 
"I'm not a baby!" You exclaim. "I haven't been for a long time." You walk in front of her and stomp your foot in annoyance. Your sister is awesome and all but she gets on your nerves. "Seriously Cammie, you're so annoying at times!" You huff and turn your head away just as you hear snickers coming from Sans and Rus. You whirl towards them with a glare. "What is so funny you two?" They immediately stop. They'd never seen this side of you before.
"Just surprised. You're always all calm and collected at school." Rus says as Sans shrugs. "Its kinda amusing."
"Well as my sister said, I have to go home. I'll see you two tomorrow." You wall off before grinning and turning back. "We'll be doing Spanish tomorrow so have fun thinking about that." They groan and you happily walk off. Great punishment for those two.
