Shotgun

Piper's Pov:

I just want to go home! But instead I have to stay in this tiny hut in the woods that's places in the middle of NOTHING! But there's nothing for me to do here! Now I have to stay in my 'Sisters' bed With her! God's it's gonna be a long night. I was in spreading falling asleep when I heard gun shots, not any gunshots it was a shotgun! "HAYLIE!" I screamed, my voice full of fear "RUN HAYLIE RUN" she woke up with a yelp "A-ARE THOSE G-GUN SHOTS!?" "YES! RUN" my voice quivered we both ran to the kitchen, the gunshots had stoped we saw everything was normal except that everything was messed up. i looked down at the floor and gasped "What happ- WHAT THE HECK!" She looked down and cried "M-mother.." She knelled down and muttered something in ancient greek, i didn't know who I knew it was greek but I just did.

Violet's Pov:

I hated how Coffee always woke me up, But oh well after I fell at least she helped me get up. After that i ate some chips and went to the alleyway I skewed to see there was nobody there and started to practice my powers. Ice came out of my hand's and hit the wall. That I got to admit I hadn't planned, I stopped "COFFEE!" i yelled She came walking slowly "What do you need now frosty?" "Can you melt this down for me?" I asked she sighed "Sure" She closed her eyes and now her eyes were glow orange instead of her normal hazel eyes fire came out of her hands, in a matter of seconds the ice I had created was melted down "You should really not make it stick to the wall Violet.." she sighed "You know I'm getting weaker" "I know, Sorry but we'll find 'them' soon" I said hopefully "I guess" She gave me a dry smile "I'll be getting back now, be careful ok?"  "I'll Try!"  As she walked away I sighed She was getting weaker and we needed to find that healer soon or she wouldn't be able to use her powers anymore. Everything had been her since she'd rescued me from my abusive family and she's helped me so much, I had to do something for her and finding the healer was the least I could do. I was now practicing well when I saw to girls come in One of them gasped the other just look at us and down again she seemed to be crying the first girl had black wavy hair tied up in a pony tail, she was wearing a black hoody and jeans with some adidas shoes  she looked at me confused hey eyes were dark brown too and her aura was powerful. The other girl had straight orangish long hair which was divided into two braids, she had light green eyes and freckles, she was wherein a white cardigan and jeans but unlike there friends they there light jeans, she looked sad and worried her aura was glowing like crazy too. "COFFEE" I yelled with worry in my voice "What do yo-" She stoped and saw the girls "What are you doing here!?" The girl in the white cardigan muttered something in a language I didn't know. She other girl looked at the other girl then back at us "Our parents just got killed and we were finding a pace to stay at, that's it we're not here to steal or anything so chill"she said calmly "so your sisters?" Coffee asked "N-no.." Said the girl in the cardigan "Than what?" "Our parents where gonna get married..But the killed them" Said the other girl And i still couldn't understand how she was so calmed when someone had killed her parents! That was messed up. "May w-we stay w-with you..?" asked the girl in the cardigan "First I want to know your identities!" I said confidently "I'm Haylie West And I'm 16 yeas old" said the girl in the cardigan, her eyes where red from crying "And I'm Piper Chase and I'm also 16" Said the girl with the pigtails "Come in" Coffee announced "We'll explain what you saw" "That would be nice.." Muttered piper as we went into the hut.
