He stood still in brim of nothing
Watching the flames touch her skin.
Both lost and breathless, death is near.
She never uttered nor he did.Scared enough to speak the truth.
"I'm sorry" said the girl in red,
And wondered if he ever heard,
But thought he did, must wait and see.She cannot wait to spread her wings.
The fire became a hollow angst.
He closed his eyes to never watch
And waits until the fire subsides.Afterwards, he took a glimpse.
The girl was nowhere to be found.
Both hearts dropped down with touch of pang,
Both stabbed with million kitchen knives.The fire consumed her precious one,
He felt nil and too tired to groan.
The sun began to peek between
The clouds above like precious stone.It covered him with lovely dress;
A white which proclaims heaven's peace.
A floating circle 'bove his head
Just caused a gnawing fear to blame.A brim of tears gushed down his face.
She doesn't have to say she's sorry.
He uttered "Love..." in empty space,
The heart and mind in misery.The love they had were tragedy
And both returned where they must be.
The girl's in hell to pay her sins;
The boy's above to serve his King.One day, when the history
Annihilate intimacy,
Those two lovers will come back
To continue where their story ceased.
