Vii and Jen had already started searching for stones while we were still in the same spot from earlier. I wonder how we would find a shelter in this island. Riin looked around. Probably to figure out which area we should search first. Around us, there isn't really much to see. We didn't really go far from the plane, so it's pretty close to us. Other than that, our surroundings seem plain. There's probably a beach close to us, which means that the ocean is near. No shelter there though..
"Roy, do you mind if we start searching over there?" Riin asks, pointing towards an area, I could faintly see trees in the distance. "Yeah, sure." I mumbled. Honestly, I don't know where we should go. I guess exploring any place is fine. Getting used to our new surroundings seems like a good idea, right? Heck, it's not like I've ever prepared for this! "Alright." They reply. Soon, Riin started walking towards the area. I quickly catch up to them. We were walking side by side. It was obnoxiously silent for a few minutes, the best option about now would probably be to say something.. All the same I kept my mouth shut in fear of saying something weird. Riin was actively watching their surroundings, from what I've seen so far, there isn't much to look at. I mean, all I've seen is grass. It seems impossible to find a decent shelter here. "Do you think a cave would be a good place for shelter?" Riin asks.
A cave.. I don't know, I guess it would be better sleeping in a cave than on a floor.. Oh, now that I think of it, how long am I gonna be living on this island? Heck, the thought of sleeping next to anyone here makes me uncomfortable, yet that's what I'm gonna have to do if I'm gonna be stranded here! Oh, I'm getting off topic.. "I think a cave would be better than nothing.." I reply. We continue walking forwards. The late amber sun is falling, The day is coming to an end.. it's unbelievable to think how it went from messing around with friends at an airport to being stranded on an island. What went wrong? Well, a plane crash.. of course. Huh, maybe I should start paying attention to my surroundings. I look around, yet all I can really see is the wispy green grass, surrounding every corner of my eye. After seeing nothing special about my surroundings, my eyes focus on Riin, who was still walking beside me. Despite everything, I still have no idea what to say to them.
I absentmindedly glance at their arms, and notice they've been bandaged up. The bandages are bloodstained. Why didn't I notice their arms before? More importantly, when did that happen? They probably got injured during the crash.. Of course they did! Wouldn't it be strange if you didn't get wounded at all from a plane crash? Then again, I barely got any cuts.. Not to mention Riin was right next to me when we crashed, why wasn't I injured? I continued to inquisitively look at their arms, maybe longer than I intended to.. Nonetheless, Riin is busy trying to look for a shelter so I don't think they would notice me, right? It was anxiously quiet for a few moments while we were walking. I don't know why, but it feels so nerve wracking!
"Don't worry, my arm is fine." Riin solemnly says, while making eye contact. Wait! They noticed? Heck, I was probably was staring for too long! They better not be overthinking this! Oh I swear! Riin started to smirk. "What?!" I barked.

Roy's face was visibly red. It amused Riin.

"Oh, i apologize. It's nothing." Riin grins intently. Their grin, although quite genuine, seemed to be continuously mocking me. Come on, I know you aren't just suddenly smiling without a reason! "Just so you know, I wasn't worried about your arm." I mutter, quickly looking away. "Oh really?" Riin provoked. Oh, so now you're trying to tease me! Gah, well now I'm annoyed.
I stare downwards at the ground. Hmph, I can't bare to look at them right now!

Roy was annoyed, it seemed obvious to Riin. He was literally steaming! Riin is apparently getting amusement from messing with Roy. He pouts like a small child! Yet, they decide to stop before Roy erupts due to anger. Riin and Roy continue walking around the island. The serene sky continues to get darker and darker, slowly fading to a luminous pale blue. They must find a shelter before night. Otherwise it would be too dark to see anything. Not to mention all the dangers lurking around in the humid silent night.
Riin didn't dare say anything, as Roy was still in a mad mood. He was continuously staring down at the floor.
