McDonald's Drive Through

Me(Percy Jackson) and my friends were sitting in the Poseidon Cabin (Don't ask why) just chilling. We were having a boys v. girls contest in ABBA Dance on a console Tyson made for us.

Nico was asleep in a chair and Leo was the score keeper.  After Me and Annabeth had a dance off to the song, "Dancing Queen".

Surprisingly, I won. I high-fived Jason and Nico suddenly woke up with a jolt.

"I need McDonald's!" He yelled. 

Everyone stared at him and then I finally spoke up, "Nico are you okay?"

Nico stared at me with bags under his eyes, "I need McDonald's!"

I walked over to Nico and helped him stand up, "Okay, let me just get permission from Chiron."

-TIME SKIP-(I was too lazy!) 

I borrowed Paul's Prius and took Nico to the McDonald's that was near Wading River on Long Island.

We technically weren't supposed to be out because of the Corona Virus but, Nico needed his McDonald's.

I drove the Prius into the drive through. 

When we finally got up to the microphone the lady asked, "Hi! Welcome to McDonald's ! What would you like?" 

I was about to answer when Nico screamed, "You better frickin' give me my happy meal or I'm gonna come in there and slap you upside the head!"

I just stared a Nico for a very long time. Then I started to apologize, but all the lady said was, "Do you want apples or yogurt?"

This time I answered, "Y-yogurt."

"Okay," she said. "Anything else?"

"Just a large blue- I mean coke," I said tripping with my words.

"Okay, Your total is 4.99," she said.

"Thank you."

I then turned to Nico, "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!"

Nico shrugged, "I wanted my happy meal and no one is going to stop me."

I sighed and pulled up to window, waiting for the manager to yell at me.

The lady opened the window but before she could say anything I said, "I'm so sorry. It's my friend. When he doesn't have happy meals he gets cranky. It was him yelling not me."

"Sir, your total is 4.99," she said, completely unfazed.

I sighed and handed her six dollars, "Keep the change."

 We then pulled up to the window for the food. Nico was rocking back and forth on his seat like at any moment he would snap.

Actually, I think he snapped a couple years ago.

The guy who gave us the Happy Meal said, "Are you guys a couple?"

I was flustered, "First of all, I have a girlfriend. And secondly, I'm apparently not his type. I'm just being a good friend and buying him food."

The guy just slowly backed away and then came back with my coke.

Nico was happily sitting in the passenger seat munching on some french fries. I rolled my eyes and drove back to Camp Half-Blood. 

-Time Skip-

We walked into the Poseidon Cabin and Frank and Hazel were doing a dance off to "Fernando."

Frank's movements were rigid, like he wasn't used to dancing.

Nico sat down on one of the bunks and continued to eat his Happy Meal. I gave Annabeth my coke and plopped down on my bed. 

I then fell asleep and never wanted to go to McDonald's ever again.

A/N: This was really fun and I especially like the picture! I hope you enjoyed Percy Taking Nico to McDonald's. 

I'm so glad I added the "Your not my type" thing in there. Reading through the whole thing I laughed at that part. 

I know laughing at my own work, it should be you guys who is laughing!
