Chapter 2: The 5 Kage Summit

"What does all this mean?" Darui asked while leaning his back on the couch.

"Well this is just a hypothesis but I think there is a greater threat than Kaguya and it might appear anytime." Sasuke answered with a serious face.

"You mean there is a possible creature like Kaguya somewhere out there?" Sakura cried with horror on her face.

"Possible. You saw it in your own eyes when we fought the gooey monster in this village. They were made of the same materials as the zetsu." Sasuke answered while looking intensely at his wife beside him.

"This might cause panic for people. For now, I suggest we keep it to ourselves." Lady Kurotsuchi suggested with an anxious face.

"I agree." Gaara said.

"Aye." said the rest of them.

"Sasuke, I will join you and Saku-" Naruto who had been miraculously quiet all this time finally spoke but was cut by Sasuke.

"No. You stay and protect the village. I will finish my mission with Sakura and I will do what I am meant to do." Sasuke said to Naruto.

Naruto with a worried face didn't argue with his rival anymore.

Sakura looked over the room. Everyone was distress. She can't blame them. Everyone was still recovering from the horrors of war. Many friends and colleagues died and sacrificed themselves to fight against Kaguya. They almost lost the world in just one snap and now there is another possible threat from a god-like Kaguya.

Sakura suddenly heard a clap. It was from Darui.

"My, my! Fuck it! I don't want to stress myself with this shit!  let's have a drink!" He shouted.

"What?" Lady Kurotsuchi said with a frowning face.

"I know you've been stressed out these past weeks because Iwagakure got attack by some bullshit zetsu but come on, we are your guest here! Show us some hospitality here!" He cried and started to cackle.

Sakura suspected that Darui was trying to ease the tension and distress among them.

"How could you take all these things lightly?" Lady Kurotsuchi whispered but then she started to command one of her aid to make a reservation for them.

The group went into one of Iwagakure's izakayas (tavern) The place was located remotely in the village to avoid negative publicity to the Tsuchikage since the whole village is still under a state of calamity.

"Hey, Sakura-chan you got thinner! Looks like you are not eating that much!" Naruto told Sakura while walking inside the izakaya. Behind them is Sasuke.

"I got so busy at the hospital ever since the attack in Iwagakure. Don't worry I'll regain back my vigor for sure." Sakura smiled sweetly at his blue-eyed friend.

"You've  grown up to be more sensitive and sweeter since you got married." Sakura whispered to herself while looking at Naruto. She gave a little smile.

"Yeah...I'm worried that you might lose your monstrous, gargantuan colossal strength." Naruto continued. An elbow to his nose suddenly landed. Flash of blood spits out from Naruto's nose trills.

"I take back what I said a while ago. You are still an idiot!" Sakura screamed to his mind.

"Ouchhhhh!" Naruto screamed at the top of his lungs.

"I told you not to call me like that!" Sakura angrily shouted and started to scream and insult Naruto. People around them started to look at them and laugh. One of them even whispered, "What a cute couple."

Sasuke who was behind the two was looking at them in silence.

"She is so alive and loud when she is with Naruto." He thought.

"But so timid and silent when in front of me. She barely looked into my eyes nor act comfortably when it comes to me. I wish she could show me the same side she is showing to Naruto now. I am her husband..." Sasuke clenched his fist after realizing what he just said to himself.

"Fuck! What am I saying?!" The more his mind screams loudly with his own words the more he clenches his jaws and firmed his mouth.

"Hey Teme! Why are you still standing there? Let's go inside!" Naruto cried. His hands are at the back of his head.

"Ah." Sasuke answered and went inside the izakayas.

The place was a traditional style sake house. There were red paper lanterns displayed outside the tavern that shines beautifully at night. The whole floor inside was covered with old tatami mats and low tables are on the floor waiting for customers. Menus were displayed on the walls.

Sakura and Naruto sat side by side while Sasuke sat across them. Beside him were Chojuro and Kurotsuchi. While Gaara and Darui were together with Naruto on the other side of the table. The waitress approached the group once everybody seated.

"I'll have ramen!" Naruto screamed despite not being asked yet by the waitress.

"Eh? Ramen again?! Why don't you try some other dish? How about that Tebasaki?" Sakura suggested while pointing at the picture on the wall.

"No! Today is a special day so today is ramen day!" Naruto cried and grin widely.

"Every day is Ramen day for you eh?" Chojuro said and smiled at Naruto.

"I haven't taken my dinner yet so I'll have Nabemono." Sakura told the waitress.

"Hey! Hey! We are here to drink Sake! Don't stuff your self too much you might end up messing this place!" Darui shouted. He hasn't drunk a single drop of sake but he sounded like a drunk person already.

"I'm sorry but I will not drink today. I can't afford to have a hangover because I have to get up early tomorrow, I have a lot of patients that I need to attend to. I am just here to accompany you." Sakura said with an apologetic look.

"Okay. The doctor is exempted!" Darui said and gave Sakura a thumbs up.

"Me too." Sasuke said.

"Why? Are you a doctor too huh teme? Since when did you become a medic ninja?" Naruto cried.

"Shut up idiot. You must also not drink today because you are a terrible drunk." Sasuke shouted back.

"Ah, these two! Always arguing everywhere and every time." Sakura whispered and made a facepalm.

After a few minutes, their order came in.  Lady Kurotsuchi decided to order Yakiniku for everyone since they can't decide what to eat. Naruto had his Ramen and gobble it as if it was the first time he had eaten one. Sakura had her Nabemono. It has fish cakes, boiled eggs, radish, tofu, and different varieties of vegetables. She started to scoop out the dish and smiled broadly with happiness.

"Hey, Sakura-chan look there is a free mizu manju (jelly cake) in my order. It has bean paste in it try it! It's delicious!" Naruto told Sakura after biting the jelly cake.

Sakura with bright eyes clasp her hands together and cried, "Bean Paste! My favorite!"

"Yep! Your favorite!" Naruto carefully places the cake at Sakura's mouth (afraid he might get another crooked nose)  and let her bite his mizu manju.

"Woah! So delicious!" Sakura cried merrily.

"Here, take it!" Naruto said and gave the jelly cake to Sakura.

"Thanks!" Sakura smiled sweetly to her best friend and she happily munched the cake.

Sasuke was looking intensely at them.
