Chapter 4 act and love?!

Lilith's POV

As we where walking towards the training tent at the corner of my eye I saw Peter, he was cleaning out his coat probably from dust bunnies "Isn't Peter just the cutest?" I said with heart shaped eyes "I honestly don't know what you see in Peter, for all I know he's just a mean and short-tempered shortie" Doll said looking at me as if I had a screw loose or someting "He may be short-tempered and mean but I can see something in him, and plus he's so cute!" I added squealing a bit

"what's this on 'bout someone bein' cute? For all I know everyone in the Noah's Arc Circus is cute!" A voice said enthusiastically "Goodmorning Joker" My brother said as he pulled me next to him signalling me to greet him as well "oh! Goodmorning Joker!" I said curtseying a bit "oh, ee' bein' so formal now ay?" He said ruffling my hair "hey! Watch the hair! It took me 5 minutes to do that!" I pouted "oh shush, a lil bed hair ain't gonna make 'ee a beast now, would it?" He said winking making me nod in reply "fair enough" I said "come now you two, I was expecting 'ee" He said opening the tent

"Welcome to the training tent! A place where trainees get their day started!" He said opening his arms wide "then I guess we'll get right to it" Me and my brother said running to the center "hang on now, both of 'ee don't even know what trick to do" Joker said trying to catch up "oh we've got a few tricks up our sleeve Joker!" My brother said as we both stopped at the center "just watch us!" I finished and looked at my brother as he nodded signalling he knows what to do

I stretched my leg backwards as I danced gracefully as if I was a ballerina and my brother going a few steps away from me did the same but with a different kind of dance 'this is going to be fun' I thought as Leon danced his way to the center as I ran to him making him stop and catched me before throwing me high into the air "four cards!" Leon shouted tossing it up to me as I caught them all "Into Four Dozen Cards!" I shouted as well as the four cards in my hand where replaced eith four dozen making it rain throughout the training tent "amazing!" Joker said as Doll was catching the cards

Peter's POV

"Hey Peter" Wendy called out "what is it Wendy?" I said not taking my eyes of my dusty coat "bloody coat's dusty for no exact reason!" I mumbled annoyed "Joker and the twins went to the training tent, probably trying to find an act for them" She said walking up to me "yeah so what?" I said not looking up at her "so, we should check it out! I wanna find out their act!" She said nudging my arm "why should we?! It's just another act, and besides she's there!" I said in an annoyed tone referring to Lilith

"Why does it matter to you that shea there? Could it be that your-" I cut off Wendy's words as I stood up and put my coat down "fine we're going, I'm done with that stupid coat anyways" I said waiting for her to take the lead "splendid!" She said going ahead 'I knew what she was going to say and of course I'm not! That's a bloody stupid idea!' I thought making our way in as we where greeted by falling cards

"what in bloody hell is this!?" I asked trying to find the source "look Peter!" Wendy yelled pointing at the center only to see Lilith coming down as her brother catched her and bowed together "thatt was amazing guys! The cards are everywhere!" Doll said running up to the twins and hugging them "This 'ere is amazing! Not like any card trick I've seen before!" Joker exclaimed approaching the three "pfft, they made it rain a mess?" I said making everyone in the tent look at me 'bloody hell why did I say that' I thought turning away

"Peter! You Came!!!" Lilith screamed as I was about to leave but I felt myself being pulled up off the ground "bloody hell?! Put me down you bandaged freak!" I said as she pulled me in a hug and I tried to escape "Joker! Get this bloody girl off me!" I yelled pulling away more "why should I? She's just happy to see 'ee why not be happy to see her also?" Joker said laughing "your just enjoying this aren't you?! Bloody bastards! Just put me down already!" I squirmed even more "alright! alright!" She said putting me down

"you are not doing this again to me, you hear?! Be glad it's morning or I'll seriously knock the light outta yah!" I said "no promises!" She said smiling "ugh! I can't believe this hell!" I said storming out the tent as I heard them laugh "Peter wait up!" Wendy said catching up to me "she's just glad you're there, why are you so mad?" She asked me tilting her head "that was humiliating Wendy! Why wouldn't I be mad?!" I said in anger "but you're not mad at Lilith right?" She asked again "Oh I am! A whole lot!" I said as we made it to our tent "I'm going back to sleep!" I said jumping in my bed and covering myself with a blanket

Wendy sighed "fine, I'll bring back some food later okay?" She said heading out the tent "thanks" I mumbled as I felt myself drifting off to sleep

~Time Skip~

I shifted in my bed as I felt a hand play with my hair "hmmm" I hummed as it felt relaxing 'this feels nice..' I thought shifting a bit to comfort but paused 'hang on a sec, who's even doing this?!' I thought as I opened my eyes to see Lilith looking at me blushing "bloody hell!" I yelled jumping from my bed and away from Lilith "w-what are you even doing here?!" I exclaimed "oh so cute!" She said with cheeks red "explain yourself!" I yelled again

"Alright! Alright! Calm down, you sound like I'm raping you" She said sitting down comfortably "Wendy went to the food tent and I noticed she was alone, she told us you weren't gonna eat and so since it was lunch and Wendy was eating as well, I decided to give you food" She said pointing at the food that was on my desk "but when I came in you just looked so cute I couldn't help myself" She said smiling "I'm sorry but you're just too cute!" She added making me roll my eyes "tsk! Whatever, get out of here before I punch you" I said looking away

"Oh..well okay, I guess that's fair" She said as I hear her standing up "but.." She trailed off "but what?!" I asked still not looking at her, and I felt arms snake around my torso and a chin on top of my head "what the?!" I said pushing her away "getting cocky are you?! Just get the hell out of here!" I said pointing at the tent's entrance "oh geez, fine I will" She said heading towards the exit "thanks for the hug cutie~" She said winking as she left "What the bloody hell was that?!" I asked myself as I sighed in anger and felt my stomach grumble

"I'm hungry" I said as I went to the food she brought "whatever, I'm starving so it's not the time to be a brat about it" I said as I started to eat

Lilith's POV

I watched from afar as Peter was eating the food I bought him "I'm glad he's eating...he's so cute" I said feeling my cheeks warm up "Lilith, it's time fore practice" My brother spoke up "leave Peter alone for today" He added annoyed "I'm coming, I'm coming!" I said approaching him taking a quick glance back at Peter's tent and smiled

"So cute"
