Why does it always happen to me?!

Today, was gonna be stressful but I had to get through it somehow. I woke up finding mum sleeping peacefully.

Brushed my teeth and wore a willy side jumper with denim jeans. I got downstairs and there wasn't anything to eat except an apple which had to do.

I wore my coat and left the house. As I entered the school, finding people smiling, laughing and giggling which was one thing that I didn't have = happiness.

But I had to cover it up and had to be ready for the prom. So me and other students decided to make a box for ideas for what they wanted for the theme and decor.

Later on, It was lunch but I didn't feel hungry, I went out and sat on the bench. I put my headphones on and listened to clarity by zed. Close tapped me on the shoulder which kinda scared me.

She looked at me "what?" There's something wrong" no there's not, what are you talking about?" Ok, now I know there's something definitely wrong, I mean I know you better then you know yourself, now spill...."

After explaining everything, my eyes started to tear up, She gave me a hug but there's was one thing which showed she's a true frind coz she always puts friends before herself.

When the bell rang, we went to form together and collected the box. We went in and opened it. Most people requested fake snow, winter theme clothes and ice cream. Which was kinda weird but decided to do what made them happy.Later we had free period and decided to go shopping which kinda made me feel happier.

Chloe's P.O.V

I found Courtney sitting on the bench which was weird coz she's always go lunch so I went and tapped her which kinda scared her. I sat down next her and saw that something was wrong.

"What?" She asked in a glum voice. "There's something wrong" no there's not, what are you talking about? " Ok now I know there's something definitely wrong, I mean I know you better then you know yourself, now spill..."

She faced me and explained how her mum lost her job and was in hospital. Her eyes started to tear up so I gave her a hug which showed that she's not alone.

The bell went so we went to form together and collected the box. We went in and opened it.
