Marinette's POV

I was willing to walk back to my dorm in the cold wet hard rain, not caring that my body was getting soaked. When it started to bother me a lot from the wind that'd add onto the chills, I started to shiver as I had nothing to even warm myself. I guess in this scenario, the only thing that made me numb was thinking how I didn't take the a chance to tell adrien how I really felt as someone who loved him so dearly.

The sound of what seemed to be a motor coming from behind me didn't take me long to figure out who it was... god... when will luka realize he deserves better then me. "Marinette! I-." Before Luka would've probably asked me if I was okay, I broke down crying as I ran over to be in his grasp.

"Everytime I try speaking up Luka I always mess up, I don't think I can take this.. this anymore!" I balled out tearing up with everything I had, ignoring the stutters that came out of my mouth right as I thought I can't be anymore embarrassing.
"Shh hey hey, it's gonna be alright marinette. This rain is too hard for you too stay in, we can go over to my place and stay until the weathers down if that's alright." Luka was so nice and selfless right now, another reason why I don't deserve him. I didn't say much besides a nod to his shoulder.

"Here where this, even if your wet already I think it'll keep you warm for now."  Luka took off his leather jacket off for me to wear, I wanted to resist but he gave a grin to assure he'll be fine after putting the helmet on my head. I gently sighed out with my head resting on his back and arms wrapped around his torso while he drove down the road for us both to seek shelter. 

It wasn't long till we arrived to Lukas pleasingly aesthetic apartment. "Here try these on, yeah it probably is kinda big but I insist." He showed we a fold of black shorts probably my size which I'm curious about, and a long plain white t-shirt. I accepted it, going off to the bathroom to change.
"Marinette how are you feeling now?" Tikki asked flying out of my purse with a sad puppy like look.

"Better... I think I just made a fool out of myself tikki. Now adriens probably going to think I'm mad at him... which I am- but I wanted to somewhat have a civil agreement." I sniffed, draining the wetness out of my Hair over the sink and just leaving it down to air dry.

"You have to get it together Marinette, know that you've known all of your friends for a very long time and should be at the point to understand that you can express how you truly feel... starting with Luka."  Tikki giggled at the last few words before moving back into my purse. I gulped and slowly opened the door, hoping there was a sign Luka was somewhere present but no.

I slowly began to walk with my bare feet against the cold wooden floor, examining around this beautiful place. Luka always had good taste with these blue like Christmas lights decorated across the walls. "Luka?" I walked  around more room to room until I saw a door halfway open. I opened that hoping he didn't he disappear on me, feeling hmmm my nerves freeze up when I did. Luka didn't have- have a shirt on??!———-

"Mari-." "SO- SO SORRY LUKA ILL- I mean abs!- I'll be in the living room teheheh—." I blinked my eyes like an idiot before slamming the door shut. The image was stuck to my head, he- he had a toned six pack! What am I thinking he's my friend I shouldn't even be thinking like this it's just wrong....

"You can rest on the couch in the meantime if you want, you sure you don't wanna talk to me what's wrong?"  Luka had a blanket for me it seemed, and his guitar out I'm guessing to either practice or cheer me up like he'd always do. "Thank you Luka.. you always care for me even when I think I don't need you. From now on, I'm not holding anything back from you." I gave him a tired smile, blushing a bit when his hands landed on the side of my arms.

"Thank you for trusting me Marinette, I think right now it's best if you get some rest till then." Luka helped settle me on the couch with a warm light blue blanket for warmth. "And Marinette." My attention was all on him, a bit confused when he kneeled on one knee to meet my level. "I love you." He was beginning to lean his face in, I was absolutely freaking out!

This not just happen once- but again???? "Mmm." I hummed, not wanting to be awkward so leaned into kiss him back. It was actually kind of nice, and comforting. Even if we weren't together, he was still my most Nobel and charming friend I loved so passionately.

He broke the kiss finally, seeing us make eye contact I knew he saw my red intense flushed face.  I just... wanted to talk to him about this whole thing but knew I needed some sleep after a rough day, home was a long road ahead to be out in the rain. Besides... luka is my home.
