After I made myself ready to go to school, I heard the doorbell, it was Courtney. " FINALLY!!!" Is what I said while opening the door. "Omg I have to tell you a lot! " Is what I said while being super happy. But suprisingly Courtney looked very sad. "Wait, what's wrong? " Is what I asked. I started to worry. She started crying. " Omg Courtney what is it?! ", " I- I'm going to move to New York in a week " , I didn't know what to say. " WHAT?! HOW?! NO U CAN'T " Is what I said. I started feeling so sad. " My parents knew this for MONTHS, they NEVER told me a single word about it" , she said while crying. "No u can't move, you're my best friend Courtney. " I felt so sad, I mean I had other friends but Courtney was like my nr 1 best friend. She couldn't just leave me to go to NYC. Her dad had his own business and it was very successful so they were leaving a lot of times, like they just left for 3 months to go to Amsterdam. I was so jealous, I really want to go to the netherlands one day!
"I'm so sorry... " Is what she said. "BUT WE LITERALLY JUST STARTED OUR LAST YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL! THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SO NICE, WE'VE BEEN PLANNING THIS YEAR SINCE THE BEGINNING OF HIGH SCHOOL", which was true. We were so excited for this year and we literally had so many plans for it. Now everything was gonna change... I couldn't imagine a life without her. " Anyways what did you wanna say? " Is what she asked me, trying to change the situation. I wasn't in the mood to tell her about Jack. "Nevermind " is what I said.
