Mike's POV (still):
I get home, and decide to call Candace. She picks up after the second ring.
"Hello?" She says
"Candace, It's Michael.." I sigh
"Oh.. Hi Mike.." She seems nervous
"Before I say anything, do you wanna tell me anything?" I ask
"Huh?" She's playing dumb. How cute.. I roll my eyes
"Nevermind... Anyway.. So I talked to Starr." I begin
"Oh really.. What happened?" She now sound nervous. She seems fidigty. I bet she's going to make up any excuse she can. She does that a lot.
"She told me about a boy?" I tell her
"Oh Niall, my COUSIN.. Nothing was going on between us. Look Mike, I love you too much to cheat on you. You mean everything to me. I'm sorry if it seems that way. Mike.. I.. I.." She stops talking
"You're.. You're.. You're lying!" I burst into tears.. How could she pretend like that? Does she know how much this is hurting me.. Does she care?!
"Mike-" She beings
"NO!" I yell, interupting her "You're lying Candace! Stop it! I saw the pictures Starr took. You don't hold hands, kiss, stand as close as you were, or hug for as long as she told me to your cousin... That's just WRONG.. I can't believe you're lying to me about it.. It would've hurt less if you were honest!"
"Mike-" I interupt her again
"We're done! Goodbye!" I hang up, and head for my room.. Tears running down my face like a waterfall..
