Chapter 2

(The video I have attached is in reference to a move later in the chapter. I explain how the move works, but if anyone is still confused the move is from 00:13-00:19. This move will be referred to as Black Hole in future chapters. Hope you guys enjoy the chapter!)

NXT { July 2012 }

Braelynn was about to get into one of the rings to practice and saw Triple H walk into the arena. She jumped off the apron, running across the room to talk to him. "So about that new group you're forming soon," Braelynn began to say as she caught up to Triple H. Hunter looked down at her and around them before looking at her again.

"And how do you know about this?" He asked, unfazed by her question.

"I have my ways," Braelynn replied, brushing it off. "Anyways, who's going to be in it?"

"I'm not going to be giving you that information. You already know too much," Hunter said, nodding to a producer he passed by as they headed backstage.

"That just gives you more of a reason to tell me. I mean do the guys chosen even know about it? I'm gonna assume they don't."

"No, they don't. We're still trying to figure out the details."

"Like what?" She asked. Triple H sighed, shaking his head no.

"Okay, lemme get to why I'm so interested in this group. I want to be a part of it."

"Like their manager?"

"No, I wanna wrestle with them. Do promos with them. Be on pay per views with them. All that jazz."

"You wanna be as active as they will be?"

"Yes!" Braelynn beamed. "That's exactly what I want. Listen, I love nxt. I really do, but there's nothing here for me anymore. The women's roster is...not for me let's say that. So you moved me up with the men's which I love. I've been having a blast, but I feel like I'm also ready to move up with these guys. I've had tons of experience already and I want to do more; I'm hungry for more. So I would love to be a part of that group if possible."

Hunter only nodded at her words, taking it in. Braelynn followed behind him as he walked into his office and began talking again. "I mean, I know three guys is enough for a faction, hypothetically speaking, but I also want to be able to prove myself which I'll be able to do if I was to join them. I've already proven countless times that I'm one of the best talents on your roster, men included."

"I understand that and I completely agree with what you're saying, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to put you with them yet. We're still trying to figure out a third member. No one had mentioned adding a fourth." He said. So he did already choose two members. She wasn't supposed to know that, but she kept it to herself.

Braelynn looked around his office, crossing her arms. He could put in a bit more effort since it felt like she was just pouring her heart out to convince him to add her and he seemed like he had other important things to do, which was true considering his position in the company. "Can you, I don't know, put a word in for me or something? I just want this opportunity."

"I'll think about it, Mendese." Hunter started searching through the filing cabinet and she took that as her cue to leave.

"Alright, uh, thanks, Hunter." She nodded before walking out of his office and down the hall back to the arena. She saw black and blonde hair occupied in the ring and slid into it.

"Rollins."

Seth stopped what he was doing, he was just stretching, and turned around to look at her. "Yes?"
