P.O.V ranges from girl's to narrator's in every poem.

===========================================================================

Her eyes pointed to the sky

She begs that no one would notice the moisture building up in them.

I sit by her side, a blank face displayed as she leans on my shoulder

A single tear rolling down her face.

She says she wants someone to promise her

"I am always here for you."

And hopes for it to never break.

Betrayed and lost, she leans on me

Singing a sad tune under her breath.

I wish I could sing along and tell her that everything is alright,

But I know she doesn't want to hear empty words of pity.

She'd rather live without them.

Thinking about her past life, she cries on my shoulder as I squeeze hers as a form of friendly love.

She wants to hide her face from the rest of the world

So I sacrifice my mask of emotions to her

Even though it might leave me defenceless.

I would sacrifice myself just to see her feel loved, because I know how it feels

To be lonely and discouraged.
