Who teaches us this?
Parents? Teachers? Relatives? Lovers?
Do they know what you should do to love yourself?
No.
It is you who needs to learn how.
Accept yourself.
Your body.
Your voice.
Your conscience.
Your thoughts.
Your opinions.
Your talents.
Your habits.
You.
Accept the real you.
Ask yourself
What do I like to do?
What do I like to eat?
What do I like to wear?
What do I like to hear and watch?
What does my conscience tell me to do?
Because at the end
You are the only one left
Heartbreak? You are the only one who survives
Injury? You are the only one who is in pain.
So at the end of the day, it is you who really matters.
And the only words that make you, you are:
"I'm the one I should love, in this world."
