Paul's P.O.V.

Two days later, it's mine and Charlotte's anniversary! Three years since we've been dating! We're gonna go out and do some karaoke later tonight, singing a romantic duet. We decided to sing my mum's favorite song, Unchained Melody.

Anyway, I'm not needed in the studio today. Since I'm free, it gives me plenty of time to find a present for Charlotte. I stopped by the jewelry store and bought an engagement ring along with a necklace.

While I was continuing my shopping, I ran into one of my bandmates, George. "Oh! Hello, Paul! Fancy seeing you here!" He said. "Hey, George. I was just buying stuff for Charlotte. It's our anniversary today." I said. "Happy anniversary to you both!" Said George. "Thanks, mate. Wanna see what I bought for my girl?" I asked. "Sure." George said.

I reached into my bag and pulled out the necklace and ring I bought at the jewelry store. "What do you think?" I asked. "Those are beautiful! She's definitely gonna love them!" Said George. "I think you're right. I'm gonna buy her flowers next." I said. "What kind of flowers does she like?" George asked. "Larkspurs." I said. "Oh, she'll definitely love them!" Said George. "Totally. I'll see you later, George. Nice running into you." I said.

George and I say our goodbyes as I make my way to the florist to buy flowers for Charlotte. I spotted another one of my bandmates after paying for the beautiful larkspurs. It's Ringo. "I wasn't expecting to see you, Ringo!" I said. "Hi, Paul! What are you up to?" Asked Ringo. "Buying presents for Charlotte. Today is the three year anniversary of our relationship." I said. "Well, happy anniversary!" Ringo said. "Thanks." I said.

"Are you guys doing anything special?" Asked Ringo. "Oh yeah! We're gonna go out for karaoke!" I said. "Sweet! What song are you planning on singing?" Ringo asked. "Unchained Melody. When my mother was still alive, she loved that song." I said. Ringo puts a comforting hand on my shoulder. "I'm sure she'd be very proud to hear you singing her all time favorite song if she was still alive today." He said. "She would've loved Charlotte as well." I said. Ringo nods at my words. "Can't argue with that." He said.

After a few minutes, I said my goodbyes to Ringo and went on my way.

Charlotte's P.O.V.

The nighttime hours began to approach. That means it's time to get ready for my date with Paul. I'm especially excited to sing with him when we do our duet!

One little thing I never told you is that I've never sang with Paul before. I know he sings with his band, but I've always wanted to do a duet with my boyfriend.

Anyway, I went upstairs to my room. I went through my closet and pulled out this beautiful sea green dress that I bought earlier today, along with these light pink shoes. You know what they say? Pink goes good with green!
