"Four?"

Blinking, I look down to see a green leaf staring at me with a worried expression.

"A-are you ok? You've been silent for the past minutes.."

"I'm ok."

I answer, my voice breaking up,

"Shoot"

I couldn't start tearing up in front of a contestant... wiping my tears with my shoulder,

"Shouldn't you be hanging out with your fellow contestants?"

"Nah, it's ok, I just wanted to see how you were doing, you were looking depressed after-"

"SHUT UP!"

Silent tears poured from my eyes, the worried expression on the leaf turned shocked,

"Forty-four...."

"Give me some alone time. I can't think about that again.."

The coldness in my voice made her leave, she understood why...

The tears still pouring from my eyes, I sat down and buried my face in my knees, the silent crying turned to sobs...

I couldn't stop the tears from pouring, I missed X, I wanted him back. But yet, I told him to go, I had to, I mistreated him after all the years we had been together. I had changed.

Slowly, I stood up. I ignored the fact that tears were still pouring from my face. I walked up to where all the contestants were..
