Hello everyone! I don't think I'll be continuing my old stories, though, I do have some new content planned. Do enjoy~

It was rounding towards a quarter past five. The grandfather's clock pendulum swayed slowly, making faint clicking noises to every second. The estate's hallways were buzzing with activity, three servants scrambling to finish their evening preparations for tonight's guest. Ciel Phantomhive, head earl of his estate, was stationed in his study. The boy had his chin propped up on the palm of his hand, his only visible eye scanning a couple of documents that laid before him. Giving a slow yawn, the earl shoved the papers away, laying his head down on the desk. He was growing a touch dozy, not wanting to read another sentence. He grunted, lifting up his heavy head. He knew that he was expecting a guest quite soon. Flicking his eyes to the door, he could hear the faint footsteps from none other than his butler, Sebastian. Opening the large oak door after two knocks, the tall man stepped inside.

"My Lord. Our guest will be arriving any minute now. Are you prepared to greet his majesty?" The butler asked, his eyes quickly scanning the slightly untidy desk before looking back at his master. Ciel groaned, resting his hand on top of his head.

"No.." He muttered, his eyes halfway open. It wasn't the first time that he had met this guest, in fact, he has had encounters over and over with him recently. Sebastian dipped his head faintly, his eyes closing for a moment. Truthfully, he felt the same way that Ciel did. It wasn't the guest that the demon was dreading, but his butler. Straightening up, Sebastian adjusted his glove.

"I humbly ask that you do so." The butler replied, excusing himself after a dip. Ciel slowly lifted his head, groaning faintly as he watched his servant exit the room. Sebastian closed the door behind him, giving a soft sigh. He could sense that the carriage was scheduled to arrive in approximately five minutes.

Sebastian hurried down the steps, entering the large dining room. Quickly making a round, the butler was checking for any imperfections. His red eyes scanned over the massive table, his preparations still untouched from any other servant. The guest was only scheduled for dinner, so his Lord didn't request for any further inspection of the mansion. Turning on his heels, the butler exited the room, now heading down the hallway towards the entrance. Stopping outside of the two grand doors, Sebastian took a moment to readjust his gloves and tie. He reached to a silver stand stationed on the side, withdrawing a large black umbrella. The large clouds had begun to cry, delivering a shower that would definitely last the night. Taking a quick breath, the butler opened the large mansion doors, stepping out. He opened the large umbrella, his red eyes casting out towards the carriage that was slowly making it's parking at the foot of the estate. Sebastian had a small smile on his lips, watching as the door opened. Out stepped a tall figure, one dressed in a very similar attire as the raven's. Following him was a much shorter male, about 5'4". He had honey blonde hair, his overcoat a plum purple. Turning towards the mansion, the boy let out a delightful laugh.

"Sebastian! So good to see you!" The boy exclaimed, beginning to trot towards the demon. Sebastian had quickly made his way over, swooping his arm out to shield the guest from any raindrops. Alois Trancy, a young looking boy. He was only one year older than Ciel, as well as a few inches taller.

"I'm so excited to have dinner with Ciel!" The blonde giggled, bouncing on the balls of his feet. Sebastian gave a nod, placing his gloved hand on his chest.

"My Lord is quite looking forward to your visit as well." He hid a smirk, his devilish eyes scanning Alois' face. After a moment, he slowly looked over at the tall male. As much as he didn't want to acknowledge his presence, Sebastian had no choice. Taking pride as a Phantomhive butler, Sebastian was rooted down to the basics of hospitality, even with those he disliked.
