After screaming my lungs out the beast lunged towards me, bearing its shape teeth at me as it try to take a bite out of my body. I was able to quickly doge it by rolling to my side and started to run as fast as a could. Tears blind me and I turn, running as quickly as my short legs could carry me. The warm humidity of the forest made me feel sticky and suffocated. my clothes and hair that were slick with perspiration, clung to my skin. I swatted pesky insects away from my face. Sweat rolled down my skin in thick, salty beads. Being chased was nothing like the movies. The stars look heroic, sexy and in command of the situation. Reality was far removed from that pretty version of running to save you skin! 

I could feel my heart throbbing inside my chest, as if it were to burst at any second. My feet slip outwards on some wet leaves as I round the corner of a large tree, the cold evening air shocking my throat and lungs as I inhale deeper from landing on the ground. I was wheezing as I took gasps of breaths though my burning lungs to gasp for air, while I may have been a 'young adult' I was in the body of a child who didn't  get out much so it didn't surprise me that I was so weak 'but I need to get out of here and to safely'  My legs feel numb and unsteady, painfully sore. 

My throat feels dry, so uncomfortably dry.  I didn't even get time to run again before A sudden gush of pain jolted throughout my body, my vision blurs for a bit before I turned around to face what hurt me. It was the same beast from before but looking more menacing as his teeth and claws were now covered in a seep shade of red 'that looks like my blood...".  I twisted my body to fully face it. It bright ruby eyes were starting to piss my off 'your eyes are red and now you have coated yourself in my blood' it looked at me smugly as if it understood me. It Just pissed me off even more! I slowly but very painfully stood up, it took another swing at me and mange to dig his ugly claws into my stomach.  I coughed up blood as I tried my best to keep myself standing still while putting pressure on my stomach wound.

My stomach ached, my arms lost tension and my legs began to weaken. 'you will not get the better of me' I thought bitterly as my tongue was soaked in the taste of blood 'I just started this life..I won't let you take it so easily' Bruised and winded I threw myself froward and punch the wolf in the left eye socket while I jabbed my tiny hand in the other eye socket, digging it deeper into its eye and ripping it out. It let out a loud howl and thrashed around, I took this chance to make a run for it again. The adrenaline floods my system like pure hot lava was flowing in my body.

I think my heart will explode with my eyes wide and opening like some crazy lady! My body wants to either run fast like the wind or give up and stay still like a heavy rock. I could hear the wolfs raw howl was near and it was enough to make me run even faster.  As a run in whatever direction I was heading too I could see the edge of the town from a fair distance. My tears fell even faster and my vision becomes even more clouded and I get closer "Please God, let me live." I cried aloud, throwing myself forward with even greater abandon. My lungs and heart were pumping, but the air didn't seem to be enough for me as I sprinted forward, panic trembling in my exhausted limbs.

I ran out of the forest and could feel the sunlight lightly kissing my skin, it feel amazing as it radiating in to soothe my bloody body. I felt my eyes grow heavy and my movements become slower, my tears were welling up. Everything became fuzzy..I can still hear the wild wolfs  hurry breathers behind me as it made its way towards me but I was glad to at lest die in the sun and near the town. I could see a small shadow-like form running toward me but my eyesight blurred to the point of only darkness consumed me.

I felt like my body was floating on water, drifting in and out of the cold and harsh reality. I could hear the voice of those I know but I could put a name to it. Where was I? Am I dying once again? I couldn't tell, couldn't care. My body hurt so much and my eyes we so heavy. Everything about myself was just heavy, theses emotions, this tiny body and my mind. I was just too tried.

Upon waking, Y/N burrowed herself into the warm, soft sheets. She painfully and slowly rubbed the remainders of sleep from her eyes and gazed out at the horizon from her violet room. How did she get back? and why was the sky so vivid as it rays of lights extended across a rosy sky. She supposed this was something the majority of people would consider beautiful, but she found it strange, hard even, to find something so meaningful in something so every-day.  She layed there lifeless as she soaked in the rays of the morning sun, She consider going back to sleep and never waking up again. The world continued to move on when she was at her worst and yet it had the audacity to looks just as beautiful like nothing happen, like she didn't nearly die 'Not that it matters since she has already died before' Her body was numb just as her mind was. Suddenly the room was filled with worried voices and warm bodies surrounding her but she didn't notice. She couldn't feel the gentle hands caressing her face nor the worried eyes of so many who called out for her. She closes her eyes once again and feel into a dreamless void.
