While creating his cover of Sherlock Holmes, Daichi discovers that Hiro is having trouble with finding one of his classics, so he helps him pick out his favorite, Dracula. It turns out that Hanabi chose Oliver Twist, Kanae went with The Secret Garden, Mina chose The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Akio went with A Christmas Carol. The students all design their book covers, but Kanae gets a nosebleed in the middle of the lesson due to dry air and she immediately runs out of the clubroom. Daichi wants to follow and help her, but couldn't bring himself to do so. He feels guilty about it, but Kanae is still being nice to him regardless.
