Mom.. mom... don't leave me please....MOM!
I woke up slamming my head on the bottom of the bunk above and my head slammed right back on the pillow.
OWWW!! Shit! Then all the memories of my dream came rushing in and I drenched my pillow in tears for one hour or so I thought it was.
Cleopatra came barging in from nowhere looking so worried "Emilie, where have you been, we've been looking for you for the past three hours, everyone in this center have been worried sick, we all thought you ran away, i told them to check your room, but no, they all decided to be total idiots, in fact, they already filed a missing person's report for you... Emilie... are you okay?" I'm fine, I said while wiping my tears away. "Emilie don't lie to me please, are you thinking about your mom again?... Emilie!" I didn't reply, I just went straight to take a shower.
About thirty minutes after, we left for a sea cruise, I was given a life jacket, some kind of light flash, and a phone, they thought i was going to try to 'escape' Every few minutes, a security guard or a police officer came to check on me, it was kind of annoying. I couldn't take it anymore, I needed some privacy to think clearly, when the coast was clear, I ran to the back of the ship, I looked at the beautiful spread out in front of me, i muttered under my breadth "wow" then i thought i saw something, i looked closer and saw a female stature in the water... "Emilie, Emilie, please forgive your dad for my sake, Emilie...." the voice started fading away MOM! I already moved back to give me a head start I ran about to jump into the sea when doctor dude caught me "What the hell do you think you're doing" No, let me go, I just want to hold her one last time, p;ease! I began to sob "Emilie.." I heard the voice again, Mum! My view was obstructed by a huge figure, Let go of me, I squealed "Let go of her" and then a huge wave rose up and landed on the ship causing it to tremble and sway non-directional, then i felt myself being pulled farther and farther until I was fully immersed in water and there she was in front of me, floating, she reached out for me, i took her hand. "Emilie, let go of your anger towards others, learn to love, I love you and always will" Mum, I love you too, goodbye mum She gave a weak smile and faded away, suddenly, my chest started to feel really, really tight, I tried to cough but I couldn't, my eyes began to tear up, the tears flowed away into the rest of the sea, the last thing I remembered was someone's firm grip on my hand and that was it, total darkness...
I opened my eyes and everywhere was blurred out, I saw my dad and I began to cry, I grabbed him and hugged him so tight, I couldn't believe I missed him so much Dad, I'm so sorry for reacting the way I did! "There's no reason to apologize Emilie, i'm the one that's sorry" I love you dad! "I love you too, Emilie"
Then I heard a knock on my door and my friends came in and they were all so excited to see me, it was a surreal moment, they gave me so many gifts and we had so much fun.
Things took a turn for good after that.
