Spring Break in California is a major thing, if your in collage you are expected to go, to a hot country, get yourself intoxicated and end up having sex with a random guy ( Or in Charlotte's case 10 ) who ends up giving you herpes. No wonder Aubrey was fascinated with it, actually she hated the idea of Spring Break. Charlotte had wanted Aubrey to go to the Gorge with her for nearly a year now and well , as Aubrey put it "If you can drug me and shove me onto a aeroplane without people getting a little bit creeped out, then I'm all yours!".

Aubrey Rowan-hill is a nerdy girl with stick straight blonde hair, her sparkling green cat eyes always glow in the light making her look twice as beautiful as she believes. Whereas her best friend Charlotte is the exact opposite, Charlotte has dark mousey brown ringlets that spring from her scalp and murky grey eyes that make you feel as though you are drowning in them.

Aubrey has always wondered how she and Charlotte became friends, Charlotte is popular and has a way with the boys, whereas people just seem to ignore her. But whenever Aubrey doubts her 9 year friendship with Charlotte, she re-reads her favourite quote.

I decided to write a new story because I wasn't very happy of where 101 Problems was going. So instead I have written a new story about an American holiday, so to anyone if they find flaws in the whole concept of Spring Break its because I'm English not American!
