*SPENCER'S POV*

The first day of school is always busy. Students running in the hallway. Some look like a lost puppy, and most of them are familiar with each other..asking how are they, how was the summer and blah blah blah!

And here I am standing in front of the cafeteria waving and smiling back to those students who recognize me while waiting for my best friend Cristina who is always late. Where is that girl anyway? She knows and she is aware that I hate being late and it annoys me.

Cristina and I are studying at the same University. We are both majoring in Psychology. Did I mention that we are also flatmates? Yes, we are. I have a cousin studying at the same Uni as we are, but I have not seen her in a while. I guess college life has been pretty busy.

My thoughts has been cut when someone hugged me from my back. It was Cristina. I face her, hugged her back, and poked her head "why are you always late" while rolling my eyes at her.

"I am sorry Spence. Coffee is on me." Cristina said and hugged Spencer again.

"Fine, it's just because you offer coffee not because I love you". Cristina giggled at her best friend's response.

After coffee, we go on separate ways. I am running my way to the gym, there is an audition for an additional member for the squad. Then suddenly, I bumped into someone. I fell in my butt, and I quickly stand up. I said sorry to the person I bumped into and I started running again.

"Hey, you!!! You come back here, moron!" I heard the girl yelling at me.

"I am very sorry, but I am in a hurry," I yelled back.

As I reached the gym, the squad members motioned their hands to the empty seat cause we are about to start the audition. By the way, I am the captain and Cristina is my co-captain in the squad.

What a day!
