Chapter 18

We just finished filming my video and it turned out good.

I went into Bryces room to edit the video and I watched it and I found it really funny and I decided to add some sound effects.

For the part where I said "Do i look pretty?" I added a lady screaming in the background

(This is the scream) 😂

After I finished editing the video I uploaded it and I went into the bathroom and washed my makeup off.

In the main room...

Josh: OMG I forgot, I have to upload my TeaTok video.

Bryce: Yeah! Don't forget like what you did last week.

Josh: I needed more time.

I finished uploading the video and I came downstairs.

I went into the main room and Quinton was there.

Me: Hi Quinton!

Quinton: Hey what's up?

Me: Nothing I just finished uploading my video.

Quinton: Nice!

I sat down on the couch and talked to Quinton more.

Me: So how long have you been in LA?

Quinton: Um for a month now.

Me: Wow

Quinton: Whats it like in New Jersey?

Me: um just I don't know it's normal.

Quinton: haha. What's school like?

Me: I hate it. I have like no friends there, the people there are fake, and it is stressful.

Quinton: Oh I'm sorry it must've been really hard for you.

Me: It was.

Me: What time is it?

Quinton: Um it's 5:53

Me: wow already? This day went so fast haha.

Quinton: haha do you want to go for a walk around the neighborhood with me?

I was shocked.

Me: Sure! I'll go put my sneakers on.

Quinton: Yo we're gonna go for a walk.

Bryce: Okay

Me and Quinton walked outside

Bryce: Guys Quinton and Maddy are going for a walk outside. Together.

Josh: I wonder if it was Maddys idea to do that so they can be together.

Bryce: Um I overheard Quinton asking HER .

Josh: ooh

Me and Quinton are outside going for a walk and we talked. We had a good conversation and it felt good talking to him.

We came back to the sway house and it was getting late.

I went upstairs and got dressed and Bryce and Josh were talking to Quinton.

Josh: So why did you two go for a walk?

Quinton: We just wanted to go outside.

Bryce: Have you noticed anything weird about Maddy?

Quinton: No? What do you mean?

Bryce: Shes always trying to talk to you.

Quinton: What are you talking about?

Bryce: Dude Maddy likes you.

Quinton: She likes me?

Bryce: like likes likes you.

Quinton: So she has a crush on me?

Josh: Yes

Quinton: How?

Josh: It's obvious, she's always staring at you, she always talks to you and she gets excited around you.

Bryce: That's what we think.

Quinton: So does she really like me or not?

Bryce: We think that she does.

Quinton: So she doesn't know that you know.

Bryce: No.

Quinton: Are you gonna tell her?

Bryce: I will tomorrow.
