Dan and Phil had broken up a few months ago after they had a fight that made Dan tired of all their fighting and leave. He had been living alone in a flat back in Wokingham, England. He still had his job with YouTube but he had been posting less. Without Phil around, he had no motivation to stop his procrastinating and just no motivation to do anything in general. It had been 7 months of them being away from each other and Dan was starting to miss him more than ever.

Phil was alone in their flat, he missed Dan and regretted every word that he said to him while they were fighting. He now slept in Dans room everyday, hugging one of his pillows because it still smelt like Dan and helped Phil to make himself believe that Dan was still with him.

Dan missed Phil a lot. He doubted that Phil would take him back, though. Not after everything that they said. Ofcourse he meant none of it, and he really wished that he had never left. He felt it might be too late. Who knows? For all he knew, Phil could have a new boyfriend and moved on completely. So he couldn't just barge into Phil's flat expecting them to get back together and that everything would be okay. He sighed, a tear falling down his cheek.

Phil wondering how Dan was, if he was okay or not. He hasn't talked to him or even texted him since that day that Dan left him, but he assumed that Dan didn't want to hear from him, since Dans gone Phil spends most of his day at home waiting for him, maybe to return home or even just to hear from him because gosh he would wait forever him if he had to. All Phil wanted was to have him back, to be able to feels his warm hugs, to be able to just lay around and cuddle him all day and to be able to feel Dans lips against his again. Phil missed him, badly.

Dan stared at his phone, trying to debate on whether or not he should text him. He needed to talk to him again. He had never missed someone so much in his 23 years of existence. Dan knew he couldn't just throw away the past 4 years that they were dating. It just wouldn't make sense. Phil meant too much to him. He knew had to do something. Dan stood up, quickly getting dressed and straightening his hair. He was going back to Phil's flat, he was going to try to make things okay again. Dan knew he couldn't survive another day without his little lion.

Phil wanted to be able to talk to Dan again but he was too shy. Phil hasn't been able to do anything since Dan left, he hasn't even bothered to make a new video, his heat was too broken. He assumed that Dan would never want to come back to him or even talk to him again.

Dan stepped outside of the flat building, the cold December air swatting at his face. And it didn't help that he refused to wear a coat and he'd have to go on the tube to London which was not much warmer than the air above ground..infact, it was probably colder. Dan shrugged off those thoughts, knowing that it was worth it for Phil. Even if Phil didn't want to take him back, he had to atleast let him know that he cares and he still loves him. He took a taxi to the underground and then took the staircase down, swiping his oyster card and entering the tube car, sitting down and taking his phone out to play a game to keep him entertained for the while he was on the tube.

Phil was laying in Dans room, wishing that he could see his face again. He was planning for them to be together for ever. So, after they broke up, he was hurt and not expecting Dan to come home. Phil wondered if Dan was happier without him or if he also missed being together.

After a few hours on the tube, Dan had become used to the coldness. By the time the tube had arrived in London, it was dark out. He walked down the streets that he remembered so well even though he hadn't been down them ever since he moved..so 7 months. All of the memories came flooding back to him and he spotted the bench outside of his and Phil's favorite bubble tea shop that they had carved their names in. He smiled at the memory and ran his fingers over the carvings. He then continued walking, knowing that from here, Phil's flat was only 10 minutes away.
